I remember the CFL planning on a Halifax team. I even remember seeing the logo on TSN. They were even going to have a grey cup in Halifax, but for some reason it never materialized and i'd like to know why.

CFL is much better than the NFL. =D

CFL has longer, wider fields. Bigger balls. Rules are almost the same.. cfl has 3 downs while the nfl has 4 downs.. which forces more throwing plays in the cfl...

CFL kicks the NFL's ass. Bigger ball, bigger field, and only 3 downs as opposed to 4 are the main differences. Like CAM2on said, there is more throwing in the CFL, and things tend to be more exciting and unpredictable.

Yeah the rules about fumbles are different in the CFL. Not sure what it is, but I do know that if the ball goes out of bounds, it belongs to the team whose player last touched it.
