Great video! It's always nice to see the set-up of others. My set up varies depending on which room I'm in, but generally I have a table in front of me (usually the coffee table), a table to my right for setting my coffee mug on, and a knitting bag or two w/my various yarns in them (I hate yarn strewn all over the place). I also lay all my notes on index cards out in front of me on the table, and my cable holders, stitch markers, & row counter pencil & paper all to the left of me.
