I would love to hear an album with New Order style and Joy Division style songs, it would be an album for every mood, and it would be great, I don't doubt it :). But yeah, I think if Ian would have received more support, he would have lived through his illnes and become even more legend, a shame really.

New Order songs are often more "cheerful" than Joy Division's one... do you think, if Ian would have lived more, or didn't die at all, would Joy Division kept his music style, or would they experiment and change it to the New Order one? Would Ian write different lyrics to reflect the new style, or would he continue to use his poetry based on his life?
