i know how to get phineas! well, you have to have a certain date he will come (mine is 2/10/9)

and make sure your accf set date and time is the same as on the wii options. then time travel to that certain date/time using the wii options but DONT go to accf set date/time. go to the city and he will be there. try this as many times you like! it will work! if you want another prize change the date and repeat this process

How do you freaking get rid of his cart items? I have wayyy too many and i really dont feel like selling them, I wanna see them break or fly away or something, But ive tried everything! I have tried running everywhere, running into villagers, trees, buldings, cliffs. Ive tried pit falls, and a lot of other things. Please help!

Random times. You can't really predict. If you have WiiConnect24 on, he will appear at the same time he appears for everyone else.

But he will not appear at all if you TT.
