Another way to clean the body is use nail polish remover. Do not put alot on like if you were actually TAKING off nail polish.. just get it damp then wash them :)

@lilly1230lp I know I'm not a pro or whatever, but if gum got in a doll's hair, I would send her to the doll's hospital or purchase a new wig a re-wig her. You obviously can't pick it out with a comb because it will break their synthetic hair and putting peanut butter or similar "human" remedies would ruin their hair :3

@AGgals no um SWD (^^^^) has a video for straitening julies hair (sorry imnot american dont know how to spell correctly) by putting bunches of very heavy books nd leaving it like laying on her. ..as molly she comes with braids it comes pretty cause it comes out all wavy when you remove her braids. if you dare to it is very possible you can straighten your hippies hair, i wouldint recommend that though. pm me:)

@sallymsbaby i wouldnt reccomend her as your first doll because her hair is harder to maintain because it is wavy and curly and very long! you should get her after you are experienced with doll hair.maybe chose a doll with straight hair or if you want a doll with long hair you should get julie! @hrh605 wash it with MILD SHAMPOO(gentle shampoo) then condition it with a MILD CONDITIONER (gentle conditioner) then wash it off with luke warm water(warn and cold mixed together) then spray with A REALLY GOOD SMELLING BODY MIST , BODY SPRAY, OR MILD PERFUME to finish it off. i recommend a flower or berry smelling body mist, body spray, or mild perfume to REALLY WORK!!!! i would know this cuz my friend works at american girl doll place in chicago, I HAVE KANANI, I DID THIS, AND IT WORKED :) :).

@kayla2000ify hey i have kananni too and her hair got tangled so what u can do is use a hair brush (only for ur doll!) and TRY to un tangle her hair the very best u can. then briad her hair and leave on for a couple hours. (or u can leave it on over night) so her hair can be wavy just like u first got her! i hope this works for u!!! good kuck!! - from agemily1 :)
