and if u dont need any comments saying its dangerous then ur a real dick. u knew it was just gonna piss people off when u uploaded this stupid video. why dont u take it down and show u have a shred of decency that is, if u do....?
you people are twisted. That poor kitten is just minding its own business and ur letting this giant bird fuck with it! this isnt cute or cool. this is cruel and u people should have that cat taken away from you. its wrong. that bird is gonna shred that kitten. whatever
when i saw your vid i was so scared for the kitten !! how could you introduce the parrot and kitten like this ! do you know anything about cats or parrots ??
I even heard you laughing when the kitten gets attacked wtf is wrong with you people ??
you're obviously a moron who enjoys fucking with your animals, judging by your other videos. people like you make veganism look enticing. hopefully someday, they'll pull an animal farm on your ass
First thing is who cares what type of cat it is is stil has the bacteria and it is simply a kitten and who cares if you guys were "right next to them" it would only take ONE second for the grey to seriously injure the kitten. You are an idiot
You put this video up for what reason? To show everyone on youtube how much you SUCK at owning animals? The Gray can easily injure or even kill the kitten and if the kitten gets a good scratch or bite in the bacteria from the cats mouth and claws can easily kill the bird. Absolute MORONS that do not deserve to own either animal and clearly know nothing about either species. SHAMEFUL.
this is idiotic on so many levels. stroking the cat in front of the parrot? insane. ive seen some of your videos and have to conclude that you both must have some form of mental problem. you not only have no idea how to integrate animals properly but you also find the tension between them funny. there is a big difference in body language between "playing" and tension. leave them alone together and see if they keep "playing". you are not animal people, get your kicks from something else.
You're a stupid bitch. I don't care how old this video is, I don't care that you gave the kitten away. Fuck your dumb info bar crap about knowing everything. Obviously you don't. That kitten was shit scared, and you made it sit there and get pecked by that stone brick of a beak.
This looks less like an introduction than a forced altercation.
We've got an African Grey and 2 cats, and wouldn't dream of torturing either of them by doing such a thing. Teach your grey manners, and don't force it on your cat. Other people have already said how much DAMAGE that beak can do, and it doesn't look like you've taught the grey not to bite either. Was this entertaining for you to watch happen? Honestly now... let your cat approach the bird, IF they choose to.
You must really hate your kitten. Do you want the bird to take his eyes out? What the fuck is wrong with you? This is not a cute experiment to do, you really put the kitten in danger!
I think it's great that you introduced the kitten to African grey so young...Grays are notoriously mischevious, and it looked like that little guy was enjoying every bit of it while the kitten wasn't to keen on it. I had a Meyers parrot before it flew away and it regularly chased my golden lab, and toy poodle out of the living room because at the time it never dawned on us to properly introduce the new additions to the Parrot.
I've never seen a cat so deathly afraid of a parrot before! I loved this footage; the African Grey had a mischievous twinkle in his eye and was clearly entertained by the kitten, wheras the feline obviously felt threatened by this strange biped and evidently wasn't enjoying himself! Score one for the Congo!
@emma9sachi if you are going to have different kinds of pets you need to introduce them. they would stop the animals if they started fighting. its completely fine. they need to get along if they are going to live together
I am sorry but you cannot force two different species to get along. although I commend you for taking the poor kitty off the streets it simply isnt safe. the bird could have torn it apart easily. thank heavens you was there to stop it, but then again you also created it. not good.
When parrots hit thier beaks on things, it's a sign of frustration, haha. He wants to bite the kitty (to chase it off), but knows he's not supposed to.
LOL @ 3:25 where Pepperoni seems to be coy then frustrated. I think the intro was fine although very scary because it could have had bad results. I could tell the bird wanted to know more about the kitten, he certainly could have struck much more dangerously.
report me but you sick stupid moron. I am sure by now you already have either a new cat or a new parrot. If you can't take people's comments, don't bloody post your garbage on youtube
first off they should both be young and tame and not introduced like that whether yous are there or not and clearly the cat isnt tame..and 2nd u can see the cat is crying..yet u still let the bird go over to it? silly..i like to have my pets be friendly to each other and they are, btu if i notice at first time together that their clearly not getting along like your 2 then i would have stopped straight away. it stresses the animals out
What planet are you owners from? Clearly neither pet enjoys what you are putting them through. And just for your info, cat saliva is DEADLY to parrots. Get a clue idiots!
Polly wants to kick someones ass lol he looks at the kitten and then he looks at you like hes jelious . Polly pepperoni will always be No 1 ....... plus he will out live the kitty by 80 years.
Wow, I have aparrot. What they are doing is frightening the bird and is horribly irresponsible. If they are trying to acclimate the animals to each other this is not the way to do it. This person should not own any pets.
Agreed. I am sorry, but both animals appear to be in some amount of distress. The kitten is obviously unsure about this situation. News flash, you don't need to introduce your feline to a parrot. They should be kept apart.
I think that's a little harsh. Everyone and every pet is different. The animals will get over it, but the parrot is too aggressive and needs to be tamed more. I disagree about introducing them to eachother, all pets are members of the family and they should all learn how to get along. My grey walks on my cats back and they get along fine.
That looks like my two animals Alex my African Grey and Morris my orange tabby. I got Morris as a kitten cause I wanted to make sure alex would be ok older cats and birds don't mix will but having a kitten around a older bird works cause the parrot can teach the kitten how to act around him or her. Alex and morris are great with each other. I never leave them alone with each other. It took them a couple days too to get use to each other but now they are good friends.
why the fuck do you put them together? Have you thought about the poor kitten? It is afraid!

Putting together two different species that don't understand each others body language and sounds.
I was scared for the kitten, I don't mind saying. That beak is no joke.
A parrot investigates with its beak, and a kitten can't tell the parrot to bugger off, cause cause a parrot doesn't understand cat lingo.
Not ideal :o/
