Just so I'm 100% clear. It works with "most bluetooth devices and mp3 players" but the mp3 players don't need bluetooth right? The end could be interpreted as the mp3 player needing bluetooth too.

The player does not need bluetooth. You don't even need a player, really. You can also use USB drives. The car has an iPod jack, a USB port and a 1/8th line so you can play whatever.

The mp3 player represented in the video was supposed to be generic looking, because SYNC is compatible with most mp3 players, especially including iPods.

interesting that the mp3 player is a zune [sync powered by microsoft] and none of the "other mp3 players" looked like an ipod.

i wonder how this works with ipods or iphones?

my guess is microsoft "built them out".

cause they are lame like that.
