The absolute per capita figure doesn´t say squat about wheter there is a gap between poor and rich. You can have a country where 95% of the GDP go to the top 5% of the population having a higher per capita GDP then one in which this gap isn´t nearly as massive.
So, acutally, it´s you who doesn´t deliver any evidence.
