@sirlawrencet I forgot my favorite one I'm hearing from these dumb Republican Governors about not only suing, but secession. Per Articele 1, Section 10. "No state shall enter into Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation. Plus, in the 10th Amendment. Yes states do have all sorts of rights, but since the key word "Expressly" was left out, it was left out to give the US Government Supreme Power. The way it should be.
