不错，不过怎么有几个动作比较的危险，但不实用啊。现在国内越来­越多人玩这个了，我在国内的时候都没见过别人玩。上面有个老兄说­得很多，做些conditioning吧，对你们身体有好处。回­去不知道浙江有没有人练，交流下。

Guys you are giving a great show of skill with your video. The only thing I did see was that a lot of the things you guys are doing there seems a little forced of lacking over all control. I would there to say you guys do more parkour than what you actually condition for. Which is not bad, but dont forget to conditioning and prepare the body as well. I think you guys are not ready yet for some of those drops you were taking.
