  • i would like to slap the ish out of gretchen carlson....

  • ...letting drug cartels, and drug dealers on the street that only care about getting money to satisfy thier next high, and get over it already. There is alot more serious problems we have and NOBODY CARES. Legalize MARIJUANA....that's all, and move on

  • Parents tell thier kids "DON'T DO DRUGS"!!!!! Whos cares if they are legal or not, The fact of the matter is they can still get it now and it's illegal. This "WAR ON DRUGS" is a JOKE!!!! Why do we spend so much money on something that does no good? Why spend so much effort when there is no stopping it? There will always be drugs, and always be people looking for that extra high. So, why not make some money off of it, try a better job of "CONTROLLING" the way it is distributed, instead of...

  • Americans have the right to put in to their bodies what they want, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. Why can we legally drink gasoline but not smoke marijuana?

  • Fuck Bill Oreilly, We would legalize weed not damn crack or meth. There is no cases of child abuse or domestic violence associated with marijuana use. Legalizing pot would put crime and drug dealers out of business, and free up the jails and getting those people into jobs and off our tax roll. No one has died from weed, it is proven not to damage your lungs, and cures many diseases. Portugal legalized heoin, and their heroin use rates after legalization were cut in half.

  • fuuuuck off.....people who want to smoke weed will still do inevitably, whether they have kids, the law doesnt allow it or if any1 says its bad for them. if you have a child your first responsability is to take care of your kids....but recreational smoking isnt gonna seriously fuck up your kids for ever! parents should ALWAYS smoke....teach your children from a young age about drugs....never be afraid....always blaze!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fuck all you propaganda fucks

  • Bill "O'Really?" never debates anything. He asks ~tough~ questions and then

answers them himself before the other guy gets a chance to speak. And if the

other guy makes a good argument, "O'Really" cuts his mic.

I love the comment that has O'Really has a face you would love to punch LMAO

How does mainstream news still have any viewership? With the advent

of the internet it BLATANT how they lie to us and ~create~ their own news

all the time. I'm glad to see so many people waking up to it.

  • What a dick.......alcohol is the drug that fucks everything up. Bill = tool

  • Decriminalize Marijuana and keep poison illegal, rhetoric and marijuana lets you find out what bullshit may be at its root and helps you say "fuck that" now lets label that experience as "stoned" and go to back to our acidic coffee distributed next to door to us..yay!!!! grow up.

  • I see this guy everywhere... he's got a face that is so punchable!

  • that wasnt a debate it was 3 people bashing legalizing drugs

  • "child abuse comes from drug abuse"? "crime comes when you legalize drugs"? what the fuck are these idiots talking about? fuck fox news and everybody who takes this fox news bullshit seriously

  • i love how he thinks that the source of abused kids are all drugs including marijuana...then when the women tries to have a word he says "wait how do ou know that?" and continues talking -_-

  • Pretty obvious O'Reilly doesn't know what he's talking about on this subject.

Everyone knows alcohol causes 100X the violence that cannabis does.

  • @Tim6548 im kinda shocked that england hasn't. then again doesn't the UN or something also say it is illegal? i could be wrong though.

  • The chick on the right toked when she got home, thumbs up if you agree.

  • the b**** in the middle doesn't know how she should explain her kids why not to take drugs if they were legal ^^

  • @hiltithedrill how does she explain to her kids not to smoke cigarettes? lmao excuses excuses.

  • SUCK SOME DICK O'RIELLY

  • FUCKING FACISTS

  • o'reilly is such a fucking worthless arrogant prick. he thinks he is right and everyone else is wrong. LEGALIZE THAT SWEET LEAF!!!

  • Fox News = Government Broadcasting Corporation

  • FIND ME ONE FUCKING CASE OF A MAN WHO HAS BEAT UP HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN ON POT. DIP FUCKING SHIT!

  • this is SICK

  • How in the HELL would organized crime move in if drug prohibition were repealed?? All Three of these morons shouldnt be spewing this diarrhea over the airwaves! one old fogey, one beauty queen who would come in last at a pagent, and one right wing stooge pretending to take a slightly more 'liberal' postion on the issue. Thankfully this is usually the worst of the ignorance on this channel

  • What england did was IGNORE THE TRUTH. This is no debate, it might as well be a republican rally. At least O'Reilly has got enough sense to say pot should be decriminalized. Some reason must have finally been pounded into his thick skull.

  • Typical FoxNews making grandiose statements off false information. No one wants to legalize all drugs just marijuana, which is much safer to use the alcohol, tobacco, and the meds our doctors use.

  • why is marijuana being put in the same debate as crack and heroin? The effects of pot does not make people abuse their children. The woman on the right tryed to convay that but Bill just talked over her. The last time I checked I know what is best for me, not the government. I think i'm turning into a hippie. (without the BO and long hair)

  • If it (cannabis) were legal and well regulated it would be harder for kids to get their hands on it, not easier. Its presently considered easier for kids to get than alcohol is. There really aren't any good arguments in favor of prohibition anymore.

  • Stupid bitches... plain and simple

  • LMAO!! I LOVE THESE STUPID REPUBLICANS!!!!

  • God, I wish Bill would just smoke a fat J so he'd shut the fuck up. How could you smoke weed and hit your kids. Everyone I know who smokes weed are much nicer when they're high. Kill a fly when you're high and see how bad you feel, lol. These people are so, I guess you could say, brainwashed by the bullshit they've been told they're grouping weed with HEROIN? I will not refer to marijuana as a drug until coffee and pepsi are considered drugs because of their caffeine. Legalizzzzzzze.

  • @Tim6548 i know eh. the guy is so full of shit with "countries revoking after so many problems" - just look at portugal - only good things happened after legalization

  • O'Reilly needs to understand, If they did start selling crack in 711, the only people you would find buying it is the people already addicted to it now illegally, Im 20 and right in the heart of young society, nobody thinks crack is cool, fun, awsome, or wanted! Just because its legal that would make it easier to get it, yes, but For people 21 and over, We are adults and dont have to be mommied by the Gov't

  • Disgusting.

  • wow this is one of the first times i actually agree with that arrogate asshole... what he said at the end about decriminalising pot, but still prosecuting dealers and ppl driving under the influence - 100% agree. Altho the rest of what he said is uninformed rambling

Legalising drugs is not a good idea. He's right - it is like a surrender by the government... obviously that's not their motivation, but it will appear to be that way to millions of people. And the consequences COULD be huge.

  • @mogur00

what consequences? that people people might start thinking about what policies their governments support, instead of blindly following any law? the government is not 'surrendering' not in any way shape or form. legalizing is merely a change in methodology.

  • @thehaunted508

That's never going to happen. There will always be people who care about politics and those that don't at all.

And what do you suppose the govt can do once all drugs are legalised? What is there next course of action to prevent people making the awful discovery of crack or meth? age/sale restrictions? Lol give me a break... look at cigarettes.. everyone from age 10 smokes that shit and it kills like nothing else.

I understand your train of thought but its totally impractical.

  • @mogur00

education, unbiased and factual. age restrictions... of course. other then that what else can the government do? there is no way to 100% prevent all people from discovering crack. but there is a method to reduce the harm that comes from it. take the money used to fuel the drug war. put it into schools and addiction clinics. unfortunately i know this is unrealistic but impractical, no, it can be done and would be in fact beneficial in my opinion.

  • Stupid bill, I used to like him but he is stupid on this. Peoeple always lump pot in with all the other hard drugs! People are going to do what they want to rather it is legale or not.

  • Did she just say that organized crime increases with legal drugs? No, quite the opposite. In fact, the main source of income for street gangs, the mafia, and the mexican drug cartels is drug dealing. I'm sure people would rather buy their substances in a professional setting than from gangs or cartels, so that would mean that their income is greatly or completely reduced!!

  • @69ofdoom - I couldn't believe my ears! This is coming from a chick who's great-grandfather presided during the greatest organized crime wave this country had seen- during prohibition! Where is the organized crime of cigarette dealers? Watch out for those roving gangs!

  • Bill O'Reilly is a complete fucking moron on this issue.

  • did he just say england tried it? I fucking wish

  • 3:15 - 3:25 exactly

  • I BET THEY HAVE A SHITTY DAY IF THEY dont have their COFFEE in the mornings..

    and that martini at night...

    Drugs- mind altering substance.

  • classic fox, having a debate with 3 people who all agree with each other

  • # of deaths by tobacco: 400,000

    # of deaths by alcohol: 85,000

    # of deaths by marijuana: 0

  • dont do drugs kids just because there illegal, lol maybe you should take some parenting classes or something, how about you tell them not to do them because of their negative effects. marijuana is less harmful than already legal drugs like alcohol, cigarettes, and many pills, so what kind of message does that send to the children?

  • That guy chats shit! he should have a spliff!

  • thank you bill for fighting marijuana legalization cause all you are doing is letting me make bank year after year after year long live marijuana prohibition and happy 420 for all.

  • LOL

  • haha, when O Reilly talks the chick in the middle looks like a bobble head.

There is a huge underground market. In Oregon the Vietnamese Mafia and the Mexican Cartels are the suppliers.

  • Most puppets look like bobble heads.

  • England have never tried it in my time and i am over 40 years old.

Who is the character in the Simpson's, who cries 'what about the children'. It's a joke.

75% of abuse caused by substance abuse mm, interesting how alcohol (which is legal) is alongside Cannabis (which is illigal), is this the only way to discredit Cannabis, put the alcohol abuse figures in the same percentage.

People who smoke know it's because you free your mind and Government do not like this idea. It is all about control.

  • bitch in the middle is a fucking idiot, she acts like parents advocate drinking or smoking ciggs.

  • LOL. I like how the one in the middle basically admits there's no logic behind being anti-marijuana when she starts asking what else parents can say if they can no longer go "Just say no, it's illegal". Maybe they can start being honest? Teach their children true info about drugs and drug use? Explain the difference between responsible use and irresponsible use? Hmm, nope might as well just lie and spew rhetoric and stick with "just say no" and keep it illegal, afterall it's working great!

  • I wish some major news organization would simply take the time to really talk about it.

I am so sick of 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there. If the legalizers are given a proper chance to present the cases then ...

Prohibition of alcohol was preceded by 10K some odd applications for medicinal alcohol over an 18 month period ..which were actually granted, do I see any correlations to the present from the past ....mmmmmm....

  • It seems to me like the idea of legalizing drugs and an assumed increase in usage among the population implies that the law is the only barrier between the decision to use or not use drugs. Has everyone suddenly gone retarded and forgot the health risks associated with hard drug abuse? Isn't that enough to keep people from doing it? This notion that we're too stupid to think for ourselves and to decide what's best for us is just absurd.

  • Why does ignorant fools like this get time on tv???

They keep mentioning The Netherlands, and Amsterdam, as a place where they tried legalizing cannabis. That is not true.

They tolerate it. But it's still illegal to grow it. Very few people have license to grow a few plants.

So it's still a criminal based market, which explains why they have problems with drugrelated gangs.

  • The Netherlands tolerates up to 5 grams or 5 plants per person - no country has ever "legalized" cannabis since the USA started its propaganda campaign.

Legalizing and regulating hard drugs makes sense and would save lives, their "think of the children" rhetoric is nothing more than an appeal to emotion and a major logical fallacy.

  • Choof - The police often raid grow ops in The Netherlands, as far as I know. Finland recently legalised Medicinal Cannabis. Portugal decriminalized all drugs. 14 states in Usa have Medicinal Cannabis. And in Oakland they recently voted to tax medicinal Cannabis. So not completely true that no country ever legalized.

  • What I mean is that there is no outright legalization, just decriminalization (Finland being the sole exception) - the US states which allow it are overruled by the feds. Mexico decriminalized possession of most drugs, but they have to come from somewhere which leaves the criminals in control.

Here in Australia, the decrim states have a higher rate of marijuana-related convictions than prohibitionist ones.

  • We should all follow the Italian model!

In italy supreme court ruled that Cannabis is legal for religeous purposes.

Because a Rastafarian was arrasted, charged and convicted for possesion. But he took it to supreme court, saying it was a part of his religion. And Supreme Court ruled that the law against cannabis was against the freedom of religion.

So in italy it's actually also very close to legalised.

  • Not to mention Obama's letter to the DEA. Where he told them to focus on violent crimes and humantrafficing. And Oakland taxing cannabis, making it a legit business. And California hopefully voting yes to tax madicinal cannabis in 2010.

I don't think we are far from freedom anymore.
