Hi I have the slot expantion pack on my nintendo ds lite to play GBA games but when I start the gba mode it wont read any gba games,,any software I need?

I am using TTDS and in the menu I did press sysobtions gbamode but the top screen reads gameboy and the bottom screen is just black

It's cheap device that allows you to put a lot of things on a microsd card and use it. Things you can play are DS games, music, and movies. Yeah, it's pretty much "hacking" your DS so you can play games for free. I just got one free frome a site (check my youtube page). They aren't as good as the cyclods evolutions, but they are about 1/10 of it's price and can be gotten on the site i did within a few minutes really.

The TTDS continually freezes, you cannot select cheats, in one word CRAP. Everyone go get an R4, atleast that one works really well.

Any flashcard can play music and videos thru moonshell afaik. And almost all (except the very first) can play unpatched games aswell, and all can play games I guess, because if they couldn't noone would buy them, so don't worry ...

More like 4 to 64 or something like that, but with average games probably around 15-20.

The menu system of R4 is a little better looking, easier to navigate, and faster than DSTT with YSMenu. DSLinux doesn't yet work on DSTT. Other than that, DSTT seems to be better. R4 only supports up to 2GB cards and 8GB is out now.

It doesnt suppoert all the snes roms 100% tho

just got this the other day

it appears as if the micro sd card keeps

corrupting because of file fragments

when adding or writing anything to the card

i found that formatting and puting on a clean menu system v7 or sommit

it solves the loading problems but time to time i still get loose file fragments

i just have to format everytime i wanna add games

i supose its not to bad now i know what the issues are

but over all its a awesome device

No. There is no official bundle with a micro sd. Some stores may sell bundles with micro sd cards included though, you'll just have to check.

It does if you run moonshell (which is what the r4 uses to play movies and music). It's just a piece of homebrew that runs on all flashcards, nothing unique to the r4.
