Fun to watch. I love how he does the one handed passes on the bounce. If you watch, he locates who he wants to pass to early in the possession and waits for that man to make his move. While he waits for his man, he looks toward another player to keep the defense clear and then ZIP right to his man for an easy bucket. Impressive.

Im probably not the only one who thinks this but in my opinion, rubio should get all rookie first team over kyrie irving who right now is his only competition, the dude is a dynamic passer along the lines of a nash or magic, no disrespect to kyrie who is a great athletic player, but id take rubio because of his ability to make his team better

Players like Rubio make regular players into all-stars and all-stars into hall-of-famers. You know who were the last players to do so? Magic, Stockton, Kidd and Nash. I like athletic scoring-first point guards (and I dont wanna argue about their assists total here) & all the excitement that comes along with them, but pass-first point guards just make basketball so magical. Ricky, stay humble, stay genuine, develop your swagger, work on your game and greatness will follow. This kid got game.

@kileer7 first of all, I did not say he was Magic, I said that he is the type of point guard that is on the court primarily cause he makes everybody better, the game is more fun with him. He is a rookie and has a TOP-5 in court vision, makes passes that nobody else is making and has this Minnesota team in playoff contention. Just remember, he is a rookie and does not have a reliable jumpshot yet. He will never be Magic as terms of second best player ever, but he has his passing gene.

I said on a Rubio post he was overated."He would be too soft" among other things, I also said he wouldn't last in the NBA after try out's and preseason; that he'd quit and go play Euro ball. I was wrong I've checked the box scores and he's been having good games this year he probably can compete in the NBA long term have a good carer. I WAS WRONG ok I said it. Still he won't be an All Star ever. But he does belong in the NBA

I dont know how people are still saying this kid rubio is overhyped. He is already a dynamic passer with unbelievable court vision and from what ive seen is not bad defensively and is getting more comfortable scoring. The wolves play so much better when he is in the game
