well I think it means that um football guy is suspicious coz steriods were stolen and he just had an injury and athletes use steriods to help them play wen they r injured....or if they just suck...but anyway if anyone found out the football guy would go 2 jail...well maybe not jail BUT he would get like community service or something and he wouldnt beable to play collage football so he would be doing time.
