  • Ya and Rawlings was bad well maybe just cuz it is made in the phillipeens doesn't mean it's bad the net might have been way better if you went with the Rawlings

  • It closes the way you want it to close bro. All my nokonas have.

  • There is only one reason why I don't like nokona. Well actually two reasons. One is that the way that it closes once it breaks in. And two is that no pros wear nokona

  • @ThattOneGuy24 If its a nice glove it doesnt matter if the pros use it or

not. But i know what you mean after i got my akedema praying mantis

catchers mitt, my step dad looked at it and the first thing he said was

Ive never seen any pros wear this brand lol but i didnt care. haha

  • BASEBALL IS NOT ONLY AN AMERICAN GAME

  • @bloodygopher1 It is our pastime though....

  • nokona sucks unless u get the nokona bloodline rawlings is so much better like the rawlings pro preferred, rawlings heart of the hide, rawlings primo, and rawlings gold glove elite

  • @MegaBaseball42 very true, nokonas get way to flimsy way to quickly and the guy needs to know how to say it right its not nokAna haha but yea rawlings are much better

  • its pronounced nokOna not nokana (No-Koe-na)

  • Is there anyway to order it off the website???

  • Mizuno > Nokona

  • @nickyp59 Lulz! Good one.

  • The reason you don't see these on a Major league field is because Nakona doesn't have a major league contract. This is because they aren't cheap to make and is made from High grade leather.

  • i appreciate your patriotic attitude

  • Btw Nokona is pronounce No-Cone-ah

  • @GuerillaGhost5 nope nokona bloodline and nike de pro buddy

  • @GuerillaGhost5 hahaha yep that settles everything!

  • In response to why you don't see many pros where Nokona leathers. With Major glove manufacturers a large portion of the cost of your gloves is attributed to advertising. Companies such as Rawlings, Wilson, Nike, Mizuno and even some smaller companies like SSK will "sponsor" athletes and pay them to wear their gloves. You go back to the 90's and nobody was wearing Nike. The best glove will always be the one you are most comfortable in and that is why I use my 10" Nokona for slow pitch!

  • Nokona is the best.

Better than A2000 or Pro Preffered,

and I could care less if any pro players use them because many pros wouldn't know a good glove if they played a season with it.

  • @uknowurafan did u really say many pros wouldnt know a good glove? haha wow is all i gotta say. and everybody has there preference on what glove brand they like. all gloves are good if they catch the ball and feel comfortable and give u confidence on the defensive side

  • I love how some Nokona gloves say Australia in them and aparently they are American.

  • @LEMONZxARExSOUR yeah lol wtf?

  • @LEMONZxARExSOUR Its because some of them use kangaroo leather, and kangaroos are in Australia

  • @scaretacticsonice Might have something to do with the millions of dollars Rawlings spends on endorsements

  • I think the nokona he bought was 180 dollars Blindkatproductions but i bought the nokona blooline wich was 280 dollars

  • I think the nokona he bought was 180 dollars Blindkatproductions but i bought the nokona blooline wich was 280 dollars

  • hey just saying why did you get glove and not stick finger out if you got a finger pad?

  • i have rawlings and i think its better tthan nokona

  • how do you tighten the modified trapeze web i want to tighten mine but i dont know how

  • I just ordered a jojoba from east ay, but for the wrong hand and it was already shipped from the warehouse within a hour, just my luck lol

  • perfect! thanks!

  • that glove is nice, where did you get it and what is the website? Please comment back

  • Wow that has a shocking close on it.... Best close is pinky to thumb and easiest way to do that is to put ring an pinky inthe pinky hole and move the middle and index finger across so u dont have a finger in the index hole

  • 1:50 Thats wat she said!

  • @ThEDerKMasteR ahaha

  • nokona allllll da way

  • Calling it nokAna is ok... i was googling nokodema

  • nokona bloodlines are beast

  • have you found that it gets really floppy after a while?

  • @LoGaNx15x YES! thats what happened to mine and now it blows

  • why did you choose the modified trap?

I am also trying to decide what type of glove to get.

  • nokona sucks you racist, it's all about mizuno or rawlings.

  • Even with the toughest, best leather you can just leave the glove alone. No glove needs any conditioner until it starts getting dry from sun or sweat or whatever. Gloves should take a long time to break in. Also, it's better to use a baseball rather than a ball on a stick. Because then you learn more about your glove hand transfers and you work your arm for shorter throws and flips.

You say Nokaana I say Nokona, let's call the whole thing off.

  • nakona sucks

  • barbasol shaving cream is way better

  • i have bought a nakona glove its an awsome glove

  • I have a nokona bloodline series and don't get me wrong the glove is great but for some reason nokona gloves are a little smaller than there measurments say my friend has a 11 1/4 inch rawlings and its bigger than my 11 1/2 inch nokona do you know why?

  • you dont say nokona right

  • just bought the pro line 11.5 model. is that what yu have?

  • ok i got a nokona, hate it as a pitcher i have a wilson a2000 now perfect.

  • hell ya i just got a nokona bloodline infielders glove there amazing and look awesome but a little expensive it cost me about $280

  • obviously u like the freiken nokona rawlings

you got a 200 dollar nokona nad a 75 dollar rawlings

its just a higher model of a glove

u should try comparing the heart of the hide pro mesh with that glove

  • Comment removed

  • Just got the same glove, but its is 12 inch. I love it so far

  • just play catch. If you use a mallet it might form a different way. so just play catch and you will get used to it! Nice video!!!!

  • Balls are going to get vacuumed into it. HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • They just feel unnatural and shitty. That's why I love Rawlings. PRO PREFERRED!!

  • mlb mainly use wilson rawling etc. because they get paid to and they are on a contract they have to use it. this doesnt mean rawling and wilson beats them half of you have never tried nokona

  • @hyperinatake Thank you. Finally someone tat agrees with me.

  • @hyperinatake yeah, FINALLY someone understands what players do. i agree people like derek jeter and a-rod r paid to use rawlings. if that was banned, a lot of people would be using nokona. and, the nokona company isn't as big as others, so it is harder to get to players first with a big contract.

  • U condition the whole glove dumbass. If u touch the fingers it wont do anything

  • @bbrowning2113 the fingers will bend becuaz they get very loose, dumbass

  • @bbrowning2113 the finger do losen and will bend, u must not know baseball

  • We all know Nokona is better.

  • @ciaschi18 lol..thats why ive never seen a pro wearing one right?im sure there is but most wear wilson and rawlings.

  • American with a japanese name huh ? i suggest you take a look at who nikonas shareholders are if you can even read you ignorant fuck oh and by the way baseball is derived from cricket which is a BRITISH game thats ok though its that whole ignorance & stupidity thing i touched on before but hey at least youre batting a 1.000

  • @cpdusmcdst9 its spelled Nokona and it comes from the town where they make the gloves they couldnt use the towns name so the changed the spelling... Nocona, Texas which in turn comes from Chief Peta Nocona who was a Comanche chief. so it is far from a japanese name... you ignorant fuck

  • I prefer Rawlings but i never used a Nokona glove so i can't say much lol

  • @Ironhidex123 haha way to not bash nokona without trying it. ur smart to stay out of bashing because i would have bashed u if u bashed nokona.

  • rawlings and wilson is the best hands down. why do you think so many mlb players use rawlings and wilson? because they make gloves with the best patterns and leather. if u want a glove that you can trust and use for years, get a rawlings or wilson

  • @guitars1776 they use wilson and rawlings because they get paid to use them.

  • @fishycrackers11 ur retarded. the first reason they use them is because theyre good. do u really think they would use something they arent comfortable with? try using some logic

  • @guitars1776 why aren't they using nokona then?

  • @eastontpxdud they arent using nokona because there are much better gloves out there. rawlings heart of the hide, proprefered, wilson A2K and others are much better gloves. they arent going to use a shitty glove that they cant trust.

  • @guitars1776 u dont know nokona at all.

  • @eastontpxdud ya ok. im sure u do.

  • @guitars1776 you try using some logic.

  • @eastontpxdud nice comeback fag-stick. get a life.

  • nokona gloves are awesome

  • seriously think about it How many MLB players use a nokona glove? How many use a rawlings? obviously rawlings has more users. More players prefer rawlings. that doesnt make it a better glove though. If you like Nokona then you are one of the few that appreciate an american made glove. I am not taking any sides because i have never used a nokona glove.

  • @9joester9 i havent seen a single player in the mlb that use nokona but my favorite brand is nokona and i hv a wilson a2000 and a few rawlings like pro preffered and whatever derek jeters glove is and they are great gloves but nokona is the best glove i hv ever used and ever tried so i dont know why pros dont use nokona but i think they should

  • @TheSoggywaffle13 joakim soria does

  • @9joester9 rawlings is an american glove its just made in a diff. country like the phillipines. rawlings is made up of usa material and hide, then they distribute it to another country to be made which i dont know why they dont make it in the u.s. the main reason people dont like to buy from other countries is because the glove could have been made by a child by child labor.

  • how much?

  • Get a Nokona is your debating which glove to get i have used both rawlings and nokona and Nokona is such a better quality and put together glove

  • @ciaschi18 i agree with you nokona is much better

  • You cant use that glove in the major league or babe ruth , simply because it is two-toned by the web. Buy the Nokona Bloodline , $250 but worth it....

  • @Xv2Xx and, if u love how the primo looks, the bldline looks the exact same!

  • @eastontpxdud no not even close have u even ever been in the same room with either? I doubt. I pitch for a 17 u travel team in ohio and my buddy got a bloodline, sold it at the end of the season and got a a heart of the hide dual core (200 dollars cheaper, liked it and preformed 10x better. Now hes using a primo, wont use anything else. Nokonas dont hld shape.

  • @PlatinumGamingX have you even felt a nokona at all or even used one? if you did, you would know what i'm talking about. right now you dont realize what i'm saying.

  • If your an Infielder, your also supposed to catch the ball in the palm, close to the web, but never in the web.

  • @HaydenBS2 aka the pocket.

  • Nokona company supports the Isreali baseball league - Donating Gloves and bats to get the league off the ground.

  • Other poorer countries can build the same stuff cheaper so mfg's move jobs out of the US which affects each and every one of us, even if you are too ignorant to realize. BUY USA!

  • Nokona's are just as good as Rawlings HOH. I have both, and use both regularly. I highly recommend Nokona and Rawlings. If you are in the market for a glove you can't go wrong with either. About the Made in the USA thing, Yeah if I can get a product that is the same quality or even close to the same quality I will usually buy USA. What is wrong with supporting our local economy's and keeping jobs in the USA. Nothing!

  • Nokona makes great gloves. So does rawlings. So does Wilson. So does Mizuno. But Glovesmith is the best.

  • I'M GETTING IT.!!!

    IT'S A MUST.!!!

  • your supposed to bend the fingers back!

  • ur not suppose 2 bend da fingers back wat ur tlking bout

  • ppandjs is right, ure pretty racist.

  • anyone know anything about the Walnut series gloves

  • are you serious... just cause its made in the us... ure an idiot ... why don't any of the pros use nokonas and use rawlings or mizuno or even wilson.... idiot..

  • @ppandjs because they dont pay pros to use their gloves

  • MLB players dont use Nokona because they sign contracts with other brands. Until recently Nokona has never done that. I believe they now have a deal with someone but I cant remember who. LIsten American made or not Nokona makes good gloves. So does Rawlings and others.

  • this glove isnt as good rawlings is alot better not nokona you want the finger a little loose to feel the ball and you dont want american made i got both rawlings and nokona go rawlings and a tight web is a better i think

  • nokonas dont really break in that well rawlings is the best to be broken in and you dont want the fingers stiff you cant feel the ball go into the glove when you catch it and it doesnt matter if its american made

  • let me guess AMERICAN. you drive a lifted monster truck chevy

  • Believe it or not some of us AMERICANS drive cars!

  • American made Nokona is the way to go, thanks for a great vid!!

  • i have used a nokona all my life. they are simply the best! 100% made in america! even if they are a little more pricey they will last longer than any other glove on the market. (plus dont forget the warranty!)

  • i just ordered a new nokona kangaroo kimera series one did i make the right choice?

  • no, the Kimeras are nice at first, but soon develop into fitted, leather, tortillas

  • yeah well im looking for a glove but i want in the price range of 100-170 i dont want to break the bank so how much does the nokona cost if its at 200 thats find to plz reply

  • this one costs about $190 at justballgloves (website) with free shipping

  • goblue4023 hit the nail on the head. Thats where I bought mine. Good luck!!

    John

  • @Blindkatproductions amazon dude its kicks ass....mizuno mvp series like 70 bucks....rawlings gold glove and dual core cheapp....

  • @Blindkatproductions dude go to ebay i just bought a brand new rawlings pro prefferred for 190!!! and im LEFT HANDED!!!!! there are plenty for rightys!!

  • Great video. "Can't say enough about it" Really, so much to like about the Nokonas. The family has six.

Don Mossi, JL1, AMG 100, AMG 100X, AMG 175, CM 600. All great gloves. Glad you like your purchase. Keep is posted on the life of that glove. Wish I had a timeline of my AMG. If you want to keep the leather soft use vaseline. Looks like you know exactly what to do.

  • Nice video I just had a few questions about the glove. I play baseball Im 13 Years old (go to my channel), anyway where did you buy off the internet or at a store and did it come in a glove box or a plastic bag. By box i mean like a cardboard box. I relaly like that review you should do wooden bats and stuff like that
