Rotom, I think, is what's called a kinda-legendary. Like Dratini. I mean, what other purpose is there for Dratini or Larvitar, or Beldum, than to be kinda-legendaries?
yea dude even though people argue bout rotom either not being legendary or not, still gotta put him in there. Oh, anf for you that dont know, people say rotom's not legendary is because it can be breeded with a ditto to make more rotoms... (getting it on in the bed o.0)

there only 1 rotom so it lengendary and phione doesnt evolve into manaphy but i dont think lucario is lengendary
