- "Our decision is final in this case. We will not be reconsidering your appeals." (Not giving me any chance of proving they are wrong)

- "Unban for three days... prove to us that you are able to replicate your incredibly high kill-death rate" (After a month+ of being permabanned)

At the time, Duplex was just going on a witchunt for anyone/anything that was a liability to the game. Whether you hacked or not didn't matter to them at the time, having you gone was much better than having you there in their mindset. Just file a support ticket, shit is actually better now in the support department. Just sad to see that you were one of us poor bastards that got banned based on suspicion back with no proof
