In Foxe's book of martyrs It says that Peter was crucified upside down exclaimning that he wasn't worthy to die like The Christ. Catholics took those verses and ran with them just like they do everyhing else. Peter was an obedient follower of Christ that would never take the title, "Father" (which is what Pope means if you didn't know) read I Timothy 4:1-4 and try to say that Catholicism is the true religion.

Marriage is done by a covenant too btw it doesn't have to involve sex like catholics think (Mal 2:14) Also, I Cor 9 says that the disciples have a right to have a believing wife, so there goes your argument that Christ told them to drop them and they did.

The term eunuch was given to persons in authority at court, to whom its literal meaning did not apply.

Nuns and Catholc Priests are told that marriage is not allowed so they think that they HAVE to remain celibate which is not the truth, this is where abuse is bred.

@ViskASC It says nowhere in the scriptures that ministers should not be married, many of the apostles were and the prophets were as well. Married priests can give advice to their members who are having difficulties, through experience. Its really unfair to expect a person to remain chaste all their lives, no matter how noble their intentions.

The Pope kisses the Quran because he respects it. In fact, there's nothing wrong if we Muslims do the same on the Bible or the Torah, because as Muslims, we are supposed to respect the Jewish and Christian Scriptures because they came from God as well. In the Quran, it says that God will deal the differences between the People of the Book and He, as the Sovereign of the Judgment Day, will decide who among us that will be accepted.
