No it's not a fan art picture, its a colored picture from the manga (chapter 57) <3

The story ist almost the same as the anime, except a few where the manga is more detailed.
And there are about 2-3 storys that weren't in the anime (like that Maity wedding)!
And in my opinion the end in the manga is a bit more satisfying <3
