  • One of my favorites! Love this song. It gives me chills. LOL

  • Heh, Lisbeth Salander listens to this near the end of The Girl Who Played With Fire.In the book, just in case you are wondering if I'm from the future.

  • @pulkmees

They should use this for the trailer for film 2, or something it is perfectly fitted.

  • POP GOTHIC

  • Πές τα ρε uuuueeee21

  • good job....me encanta bowie...no podria levantarme sin escuchar algo de el por las mañanas....thank you for posting it with the lyrics....probably my favourite song.

  • Not simply a great poet and artist, his words tell us that the way forward for the human race, personally and socially (what used to be called 'nationally' in the 20th and 21st centuries, when this nonsensical concept was developed) is for us to stop bombing each other, and to develop the ability to talk. It took a while, but eventually, we got there. Words not bombs.

  • Hollywood should remake this again in modern tale about these werecats

  • Quinton can take a song that is COMPLETLY out of place and make it so that no one would ever question it, just look at reservoir dogs Stuck in the middle with you, if you never saw the movie you would never have thought that would be a good torture song

  • Bowie sounds like Johnny Cash.

  • arrevua, shoshana!!!!!!

  • Outstanding song. Perfect in the World War II movie. Every time I hear the beginning of this song, the hair on the back of my neck stands up cause I know how good it is.

  • You forgot "puttin out the fire" on one occasion (close to the end), but you´ve done a fabulous job! Sung along. Brilliant!

  • Whoa... the opening part actually makes me imagine a prowling jungle cat

  • love it!!! Jews Killing Nazis....and this song in the movie..achtung achtung!!

  • what a voice

  • I always thought in the intro to this, he sounds like Joe Romersa, the singer of the Silent Hill games.

  • is anyone else slightly disappointed when it comes in at 1.02

  • Thumbs up if you listened to this song because Lisbeth Salander did!

  • he should try water instead.

  • @MrJulle03 lol dude funniest comment here

  • thumbs up if you heard this song first on inglorious bastards

  • One of Bowie's best that never got played like so many other inferior songs...Pure Greatness!!!!

  • "And I've been putting out fire with gasoline!" Awesome <3

  • A Big TNX for U David Bowie

    it s been so long

  • REMEMBER, IT'S TOO LATE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH SHARON TATE

  • I think Bowie might want to chill with putting out fire with gasoline. At these prices.

  • Cat People really cool movie!

  • Inglorious basterds

  • YOU woudn't belive .... :'(

  • i haven't seen the 1982 version of cat people, but i've heard people say this song was only used at the end credits, which is such a fucking waste of a good song. Kudos to Tarantino for realizing its true potential.

  • @Rockblacksoul patrida :)

  • what a voice

  • memories 80s -great, nostalgic song

  • I think the first line in the description is kind of redundant. All David Bowie songs are fantastic.

  • 4 people have tried to put out fire with gasoline...

  • For Greek Goverment..Gasoliiiiine

  • @uuuueeee21 και δεν πανε πανε να ψοφήσουν τα τρωκτικάά!!

  • @uuuueeee21 mexri ekei pou dn paei!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @uuuueeee21 eisai kwlosiaiooos!ki eisai ki aekara! :P

  • @uuuueeee21 amen, brother!

  • Thank you! It brought me right back to a childhood time I was thrilled to revisit!

  • Pretty sad that all these comments refer to Inglorious Bastards....have any of you see Cat People???? Not saying Inglorious Bastards was not a great film, but Cat People was far superior and so well done for the time it came out.

  • @salemsdad76 I agree, Cat People was way ahead of its time whereas Inglourious Basterds suffers from pop culturitis. Plus, Lynn Lowry rocked in Cat People.

  • @salemsdad76

The song certainly fits more in Cat People even though it worked in the other (of course this is because it was meant for Cat People specifically), though I kind of thought IB was a bit better. I'm a bit two-sided on the end of that movie, but overall I enjoyed it. I liked Cat People enough, but still thought that while it was stylish and rather well acted it was just kind of average to me. But then that's mostly just because I'm a big fan of the original which to me was superior.

  • you did a great job

  • is this the shortened version?

  • WITH GASOLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINEEEEEEEEEEE!

  • 3 dislikes: Hitler, Landa and frederik zoller LoL!

  • I didn't like the movie a lot...BUT THIS SONG ROCKS!!!

  • It's been so long...Ohhh You've been so long...

  • Only Quentin Tarantino can put a David Bowie song like this in a WW II film and sill make it seem totally appropriate.

  • @2109917162 Tarantino is a genious

  • great song

  • ....great song ! ty 4lyrics .. nice work!!! salute

  • at the begining the vocals sound like the 69 eyes XD

  • Great song, thx for the lyrics! Don't the vocals sound like they're being sung by Iggy Pop? You can tell they've influenced each other.

  • still this pulsing night...a plauge i call a heartbeat....now tell me people is that not genius lyrics?

  • Whoever thinks Inglorious Basterds is a "boring/bad/crap/etc." movie doesn't know, clearly, anything about WW2...it's the perfect ending to what it really was and Quentin Tarantino portraid what the 40s were like during the Third Reich increadibly well!
