yeah Im sure it will as Blue ray has so much space and it being a worldwide release and all. Liquid`s voice is awful in the English version, Alan Rickman circa Die hard 1.

to be honest i like liquids eng dub. though that dosnt change that the jap is WAY better and that not to play a game in the original language (as long as their is subs) is plain stupid!

The english dubbing is not that bad, at least Vamp's english voice actor is fantastic although Raiden's english voice actor is really a piece of shit.

Hard to say, if Engish voice acting has its advantage. After all this video game's character are all either American or Russian, so yeah, English voice acting will be more realistic, but Japanese voice acting has its own advantage. In my opinion, Japanese voice act gave me a feeling of better fitness with the character. But I will not play Jap ver MGS because I will not understand the story at all.
