Heres what I got from it. 2 scenarios.

First Scenario: Clip shows a toddler with the father perhaps wishing he had an IWC, then shows the toddler as a young kid but being a kid there's no way he can even buy a stick of gum. He returns to the storefront as a mid teen.. still not able to buy a timepiece. Now that he's much older looking through the glass he finally decided that he's ready for it Financially secure or not He's Getting his IWC! Very touching clip! Even if it is about IWC

Yeah the lady in charge was reaally nice when we asked for permission to do this. I didn't think it would work out at first (I mean this shop is on one of the most expensive roads in the worl, everything very prestigous => stuck up) but it seems like nice people can be found everywhere.
