I would roll back the price of goods 20 yrs, I would encourage home businesses and/or working close to home so usage of fuels would go down.

The problem with what your saying is that in economics terms is that you'll have too much dollars chasing too few goods. It's about supply and demand. Lowering the price will make supplying the product less attractive. So how would i help the USA? Well, i'm not really sure. The dollar is going to collapse soon so invest your money in solid items (metals etc) just dont save your money in the bank or the stock market.

You may have a point,but I am a Middle American and I know if the 99 cent stores can sell all items for 99 cents and and Walmart can sell American food products for half the price of the Grocery Store around the corner then we can roll back the cost of goods period. I do believe in investing in Gold and Silver, Platinum

You do know you're contradicting yourself. You say that you need to have the USA making more stuff for themselves and then you talk about how cheap Walmart prices are. Well, they're only cheap because they buy in bulk from China and i've heard that their profit margin is on 2%. If you want to have cheap prices like china but have then make in the USA then the living standards of the US will have to drop dramatically. I'm not arguing with you but you really got to think it through more

I don't see that as a contradiction, but I'm willing to take your opinion under advisement. I won't sweat the technicalities of what you're saying, that's what the economists are for. I will tighten up this policy where ever I have to to make it better for Middle America. As long as I can get as close to this issue as possible to make it better for everyone, that's what I'm going to do.

I've just had a chance to look at your email and I would give incentives to companies who keep jobs in America, I'd encourage them to employ the homeless or unemployed in America. We have to get out of debt to China. China must buy more American goods. American companies must be willing to take some kind of loss in order to restore the dollar and our economic strength in the world.

Since the inception of the free trade agreement we lost approximately 8 million jobs because companies took their operation overseas for cheap labor and little or no environmental laws for cheaper operation.

I don't want companies that have sweat shops in other countries to be able to sell their product to Americans until the conditions of the workplaces are adequate to labor standards which will be investigated under my watch.

Although I'm concerned about all people, and the injustices done to all, I have to take care of America's needs first. Incentives would be given to American Industries who bring most of then jobs back to America, so Americans can be trained for them.
