  • Awesome song and video! I am a male and I like it (though I'm only 18). I definitely am in favor of marriages staying together.

  • LoVE the video ,and all the people in it. You guys did amazing!!!

  • her voice sounds like a child, it's so innocent and beautiful

and the daughter is soo cute <3

  • As a male, I loved it! Not every man (especially the marrying kind) needs to be bombarded with machismo (hard rock, guns, violence, ultimate fighting, etc.) to appreciate a simple song with a simple (yet important) message from our children. Greg R. Thiel

  • I love this song. I wish couples would think of children a little bit more and stop being selfish. Divorce=Selfishness.

  • This is nicely done - telling the story from the child's perspective. Too often, parents make decisions about their romantic relationships based on their personal wants and desires, falling for the myth that children are resilient and can cope with their parents' broken andor revolving door relationships. They suffer greatly and it is important to connect the dots.

  • This is a sweet and nice song, but I don't think it appeals to the men out there. It's a bit too feminine, and i'm not sure men can relate totally to this dreamy protrayal of marriage. Not to say we shouldn't have ideals, but as a man, this doesn't appeal to me. The video is kind of cheesy and it really doesn't appeal to men who otherwise wouldn't be as enthusiastic to the marriage movement.

  • I've spend untold numbers of hours isolated at my desk writing books on the communication and conflict resolution skills that sustain strong marriages (The Power of Two; The Poewr of Two Workbook). For all my dedication to teaching the skills that keep spouses loving each other, I'd never before thought to look at marriage from the perspective of the children. This song touched me deeply. Thank you!

  • Beautiful and shouts volumes for what a secure, stable marriage gives children. It is a priceless meaning of "home." Heartfelt thanks to Diane Sollee for reminding us of those important favourite quotes.

  • Bravo! I'm going to adopt it as our Smart Marriages anthem. It perfectly captures what we're about and summarizes some of our favorite quotes: The most important thing a father can do for his children is to love their mother. - Hesburgh; Don't worry that children never listen to you; worry that they

are always watching you. -Fulghum; Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.-Schweitzer. Diane Sollee, smartmarriages
