  • hammer curls would be for the brachilis muscle ... this exercise wouldnt be hitting that area ... these look like curls at an odd angle ...

  • Dude, these are NOT "brachialis curls". Your brachialis does not cross the shoulder joint, so therefor is in no way affected by shoulder flexion. Also, it doesn't attach to the radius, so therefor pronation and supination will not affect it either. EMG testing has proven that the brachialis works no more or less ...regardless of shoulder or wrist position.

  • Good forced reps too man... Might wana lengthen the eccentric phase though
