The third movie is the best! The siege of Minas Tirith and the death of that ringwraith are too cool, plus the "elefants" (called olifants or mumakil) chargeing the rohan! Those things are ability points. The things you gave accept to are powers that can be of great help in the game. You woldnt have needed reinforcements, have you used those powers in the left side of the screen. I played to the end both conquests for middle earth and now im trying to get some more cool lotr games... Lotr rules!

Remember this. Mumakil/ elephants hate fire. Catch them on fire and they go nuts. Trolls are good against anything but archers. Archers are bad against everything except for monsters and trolls.

actually what many people dont know when they criticize the movies is that it's all one story written at the same time. Tolkien had to split it up into separate films due to funding purposes although i agree with you the first movie is my fav

That's what happens when you walk in to a bad movie?! Lol, I think every lotr movie is at least above 95 percent on rotten tomatoes and they won more then ten Oscars. They capture the emotion in every scene very well and had some of the most memorable battles of cinematic history. Honestly it was lotr battles that got me into rts. I know you don't have to like it, but damn can I at least ask for a reason why you didn't? I don't get it lol.

Story line wise, the 3rd movie WAS lacking, but the movie was meant to portray the epic last battle that lasted for 3/4ths of the movie!!! That movie was for the battle scene, unlike the book.

@bb123ism true im sure some time elements came into play with all the special effects and such they had to make for 3rd movie how ever sadly they left out tons of story elements from the third book and really thinned out the plot to allow more action scenes.

Only FB are use for gondor soldiers, heavy armour will slow them down and they still get whacked by any elven archers with silverthorn arrows.

Heavy armour has low resistance against magic attacks.
