hey thanks this helped alot, i just wish the handles were ajustable, being that im a short person i do have a bit of trouble with the body positioning on this thing
Thanks for your email. Using the Ab Coaster works your ENTIRE core - not just the Abs. You also hit the Obliques, and the low back stabilizers. It sounds to me like you simply overworked the muscles. Start slow and dont focus on TIME. Focus on reps. Do 3 sets of 12 reps to the front and each side. If you can tolerate this gradually increase. Make sure you watch the video on form and let your doctor know if you still have issues with your back.
I wanted to do a 20 min work out on my ab coaster 3 times a week.
I have only done one week, the first time was awesome I could tell I just had a really good work out, but the after the next 2 the only place I felt anything was in my lower back, and now if I bend down to pick something up my lower back REALLY hurts!
My question is, Was I doing something wrong? or are my muscles just not used to this?
Thanks for the tips! I received my ab coaster about a month ago and am up to 315 reps per day (I am a beginer). I work and have two children so I really don't have much time to go to the gym. The ab coaster along with Zumba and turbo fire have made a huge difference. My weight is still the same but I have gone from a size 7 (lately it was a size 9) to a size 5 which fits perfect. I love it and am soooo motivated! The ab coaster is definately worth the try.
people who buy this and think they get a 6 pack are retarded. men have to be at or under 10% body fat to have visable abs. this will strengthen abs NOT burn fat. do some friggin cardio and youll get a 6 pack for free!
The TV model for 249 plus shipping has powder coated steel rails. Its very sturdy and very smooth. If you visit the Ab Coaster Club Website you will see the PS750 model. This has the upgraded stainless steel rails just like all of the commercial Ab Coasters. Its a little more expensive but well worth it!
Hello, please please tell me what is the model that costs 249 made out of? The one on the TV ad? I want one that is made of steel and I don't want to hear creaking when I do the workout. Can you help me with a model that i will be happy with?
Thank you for your question. Which Ab Coaster do you have? On the home unit the distance to the handles is shorter so you should reach just fine. In the event that you don't, put your hands in between the handles, on the face plate. Remember you don't really need to grip, stabilize yourself by driving your elbows down on the pads! Let us know if you have further questions.

is it hard to hold on for long? looks like you need some upper body strength to use this.
TheMslara26 1 year ago
@TheMslara26 You don´t need upper body strength aslong as u lean forward and tense your abs.
