  • Great video Ryan :) You make me wanna go out, get off my butt and run. You are so right about limitations. We place them on ourselves and it is up to us to remove them. Thanks for sharing your experience.

  • Awesome Video!

    Keep sharing :-)

  • My boyfriend has a leg problem similer to yours. He runs a lot and then suddenly he had a leg problem. He goes to the gym and does some strength training for his leg every day for 5 min after running. Says it helps. You prolly swisted a muscle in a way and it just needs to adjust itself again. You could also try a tea I think is fucking awesome for all sorts of pain/illnesses called "the tea of life" you can get it at a organic grocery store anywhere. Cures about anything. Ados.

  • You're right! Favorited!

  • Take Antioxidants!!

  • Well said, man. It always good to have a positive mindset towards life. Keep up the good work. I'm sorry but I dont know much about your injury.

  • I had that exact same problem and believe me....no amount of positive mental atitude is going to repair non-vascularized cartilage. Get a bike or try swimming and doing other things that dont bother it to stay in shape but if you ever want to run faster than a 6:15 mile, surgery is your only choice. Find a good orthopod whose done it alot and get on the road to recovery

  • Ryan- Your limitation is a torn labrum that is going to cause you problems down the road. Get it repaired. Hip arthroscope. Nice and clean and relatively easy. REST WILL NOT FIX IT. EVER. EVER. EVER. Will only cause MORE problems. OK to reply to me for questions. Need a GOOD surgeon. Surgery saved my hip and active lifestyle.

  • Ryan-

It is amazing the content you come up with. Keep up the good work. If you need help with those joints let me know. Ohana 4 Life!!!!

  • Great video. I agree life is about living your dreams, keep doing what you are doing.

  • Hey Ryan do u take a vitamins? If you don't you should start its a good habit also i think u should get ahold of some amino acid supplements and protein i hear u need 1.5 g per lb of ur body weight just to maintain properly. Try it out bro
