There are a lot of instructions on that site, and I don't know which ones to follow.

I would very much appreciate it if you could please tell me what i need to do in order to successfully flash the rom to my phone. I've never messed with this kind of stuff so I don't want to break anything!

I can help you install it on an HTC Touch or XV6900. FYI, the xda developers site refers to the CDMA version of the HTC Touch as "Vogue". I used the NFS WM 6.5 ROM from the link I sent you.
