  • IT LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE SOME PRECOR ELLIPTICALS IN FRONT OF YOU ON THE VIDEO, USE THOSE MORE THAN THAT BIKE YOU ARE ON, YOU BURN MORE CALORIES PER SECOND, IF YOU HAVE THE TWO KINDS OF ELLIPTICALS USE BOTH, 10 MINUTES EACH......KEEP TRACK OF HEART RATE....I AM GUESS THAT YOU ARE AROUND 32 YEARS OLD, IF THAT IS THE CAST YOU WORKING HEART RATE IS 141......KEEP IT ABOVE THAT....

  • the machines that burn the most calories in aerobics are the ones that you have to stand, sitting prevents you from burning calories, but good to start...

    my suggestion for you........

    10 minutes Elliptical 1

    10 minutes on Elliptical 2 (that's if you have two kinds of ellipticals at your gym) if you don't then 10 minutes on treadmill

    10 minutes of exercise bike, (not the one where you are sitting back, the one the that looks like a bike)

    and 10 minutes on the bike where you lie back..... 40 minutes total...reason to do different things, not get bored....

  • MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR MAXIMUM HEART RATE AND YOUR WORKING HEART RATE.....TO START THE BEGINNER SHOULD DO 70 PERCENT OF MAXIMUM HEART RATE, INTERMEDIATE 75 PERCENT.....A MINIMUM OF 20 MINUTES....IF YOU DONT USE THE WORKING HEART RATE THEN YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME......ITS ALL ABOUT HEART RATE......
