  • manz sportin the full out mullet, lav it!

  • Hello friend, how long did it took for the scars to become almost invisible after you finished the treatment?

  • I was thinking about taking accutane... should I??? How bad were ur side effects???

  • how long did his take and does the accutane fade away the red marks on the skin aswell?

  • Did you experience any of the side effects? I just started using this and I'm nervous about it.

  • good luck to you man, i had major problems with accutane and then had to go to the hospital and ive travelled many places in the world for this ance and i still cant get rid of it you should feel proud of yourself man

  • my derma provided this to me and only 8 DAYS INTO THIS. ive already seen alot of improvement.

  • so it usually starts to work after a month? I'm just about a month in. Doesn't look good now. : /

  • 1:04 STONED

  • this is like photoshop LOL

  • Wow, you're handsome! : D And so brave for sharing this. Thank you! I have been using this for two weeks now, and my skin is sooo dry.... but I hope it's worth it =)

  • you have beautiful eyes

  • you look baked @1:06 lol

  • @accutaneadventure thanks i appreciate it , itll be a month next thursday idt ill get super good improvement in a month im thinkng 2 months i will probably see some good results , how many mg were you on?

  • i smiled when i saw the after shot just because i saw how much confidence it gave you :) congrats man! :D

  • Dude the treatment is supposed to be for 8 months, you gotta keep on using it even when you improve to get the best results and make them permanent

  • @xLITTLExxSKITTLEx That's what I encountered. I started showing improvement a little after a month of usage.

  • itll be 3 weeks for me tomorow ,so far nothing has reall y changed.its kind of frusstrating it hasnt gotten worse thank god i dont have a lot of new zits. side effects suck ass my face is dry not super dry but dry lips are super gross i get these weird ass pimples like right under my lip theyre gross never got them brfore. well anyways wanted to ask how long did it take for you to see some solid improvement?, please reply thanks!

  • @RuiZ2448 It took just over a month for me to see any improvement. For me my face got worse before it got better. Invest in some lip balm, I use and love Carmex.

  • Soo funny how your hair is changing in every picture! Happy 4 u it worked

  • im starting next month. guys r so lucky cuz they dont have to take the birth control pills

  • I'm starting it today (:<

  • did ur acne scars go away with accutane or did they fade on their own?

  • @xXxXadictsxXxX I didn't have any scarring, luckily. Once you discontinue use of Accutane you can look into scar removal treatments if you have any scarring. As a note, you must wait 6 months after you stop using accutane to start any scar removal treatment.

  • @accutaneadventure Did the red marks on your neck go away?

  • how much do you weight and can you tell me the dosage you got throughout your treatment? Did you stick with Claravis all throughout or switch between brand Accutane?

  • feo

  • WOW.. its worked a treat for you... im on 30mg a day at the moment and on week 3.

but after 10 more days i will be on 60mg a day for another month. then back for a review. one thing for me tho as a side effect is very dry skin on lips

  • @neil1992F1 Carmex is great, it helped me with my lips

  • cool video bro, thanks for it

  • I've heard that you can loose hair with accutane... is that true?

  • @DjKlimaxPeru Some say it's a side effect. I personally didn't encounter that but it could happen to some, I suppose

  • do the side effects last throughout the entire treatment??

cuz im having dry face skin, lips, bloddy nose.

  • @TheGscale Yes, the side effects are analogous to your usage of the medication. Once you stop the medication, the side effects will lessen for about a month and then disappear completely or nearly completely

  • awww congrats :) nice smile

  • side affects do not effect everyone.. people react differently to the medicine....i started taking accutane 3 days ago, it seems to be working alright for me:]

  • i notice how u smiled in the after shot! thats amazing

    i have quick question

if my acne case is mild cystic acne ,,would that effect the speed of the accutane progress?

  • @shortychika502 Accutane is designed to fix cystic acne, but you should talk to your dermatologist about treatment, because they'll suggest the treatment that will clear your skin as quickly and as effectively as possible.

  • i'm glad accutane worked about for you!

  • i cant tell.. did your skin get worse when you first started to use accutane before it got better?

  • Do doctors still prescribe Accutane since they are sewing everyone for the after side effects? I know u can get Accutane online.

  • @rosasbitch While name brand "Accutane" isn't sold anymore, all of the generics are still on the market. DO NOT buy accutane online, it is a heavily controlled medication and must be taken only per the instructions of your dermatologist. But, to answer your questino, yes, isotretionoin (the actual name of the drug) is still prescribed, at least at the time I took it, which was after Accutane had been pulled from the market.

  • @accutaneadventure wtf no i live in Canada and you can get accutane no substitution from any doctor i got mine like couple months ago!!!

  • @Amirg44444 right, but Canada isn't the same country as the United States. Roche stopped selling Accutane in the US because it wasn't profitable; other companies who sell generic versions took most of the market share. So, for those viewers living in Canada, feel free to go to any doctor, as evidenced by this post. But for the viewers in the US, Accutane isn't sold anymore.

  • Do doctors still prescribe Accutane since they are sewing everyone for the after side effects? I know u can get Accutane online.

  • hey just a quick question.does roaccutane help with marks/pot holes left by acne? thanks

  • @zulkygg if you have acne scarring, you can put honey on your face for 20 minutes each night and it helps alot... search "honey on face" in youtube and you will find out lots about it :)

  • @zulkygg unfortunately, accutane won't help with scarring. there are many different treatments that will help fix scarring, though. Talk to your dermatologist for more information

  • nice video i just started my accutane regiment i can wait until i see the finishing results

  • did your skin break out ? any bad side effects ?, cuz i m guna start taking accutane soon , and i m really scared

  • hey man u look great :)

but im like the negetive side =\ nvm i wanted to ask..

how much time did it took u to get the clear face like from bad really bad to awesome

  • @orielmano Thanks! it took just over 5 months on accutane for the transformation to occur

  • im so happy for you!

  • @SevenStars450 thank you!

  • Marilyn Manson without make-up!

  • @Johnny1154 clever, but no. Sorry to disappoint

  • Hey guys,

I have noticed many of you with doubts and concerns about accutane and its results. I am currently in my 5th month of teatment (and very happy with the results) and would be glad to help you guys out, becuase I know just how much acne is a pain.

  • So does your spots get worse before they get better

  • @WEEDany1 Yes, sometimes that can happen. When I took accutane I had what some call an "initial breakout," where my skin became worse and then proceeded to clear entirely. It could be thought of as the skin purging all of the impurities inside of it, or as a reaction of the skin to a new medication

  • I'm on accutane and I have been for 6 almost 6 months now. I was wondering, does it keep working even after you stop it... or does it stop when you stop? Like does your skin get clearer after you finish. Because I have been on it and I have lots of scarring and blackheads still. I'm just wondering if those will go away.

  • @helloilikeyourface Yes, your skin will clear up for probably up to a month after you discontinue your treatment. I noticed, however, improvements for up to a month and a half after I stopped taking isotretinoin.

  • @helloilikeyourface unfortunately scarring won't go away. After you have finished accutane (and once your skin is ready) I highly recommend using micro dermabrasian - you can do this at either your skin specialist's or at most beauty salons. My Dermatologist actually did microdermabrasian before my starting treatment so to reduce scarring/pigmentation etc

  • He certainly needs a haircut..

  • Hey, I'm pretty far through the treatment. I'm on 30mg tablets and I'm still getting spots through the treatment. I'm not getting them as much as I used to before the accutane but this is making me think that as soon as I come off it Its all just going to start again. Was this the same case for you? I'v also got BATTERED lips but I'm dealing with it, overall i really can see a difference. Please reply thanks.

  • @RyanTeachen When I discontinued treatment, I actually noticed an improvement in the quality of my skin for up to a month an a half after the end of treatment. Also, all the side effects start to wear off as soon as you're done with treatment. My lips started returning to normal within 2 weeks.

  • @TheKawaiiMew Same for me, i tried everything possible and nothing ever worked and accutane was my last choice...it seriously works sooo good!!! and i've never had a severe breakout since taking it and these pictures are not enhanced or whatever..i had the same results

  • Is there a reason why after stopping accutane your skin continues to get better? Wouldn't getting off of it cause your body to just begin producing oil again hence causing the acne to return? It sounds great and I might try it. I already went from eating like crap to eating healthy foods rich in vitamins such as (Vitanim A) which is one of the main components of accutane, aswell as exersising more and many other lifestyle changes, I have noticed small improvements.

    You look great now man!

  • @CronosXIIII Accutane functions in altering the RNA in your body, thus, it changes the oil producing glands, and shrinks them, which allows them to produce less oil. So, as you build the isotretinoin up in your body, you will still have some in your body immediately after you stop treatment. This is what causes the improvement after you discontinue treatment. Also, accutane has a derivative of Vitamin A, so they're related but not the same.

    Thanks very much!

  • The best result is that you smile again. I'm using isotretinoine for 1 month already but my acne have never been so bad as yours. Thanks for upload.

  • Congrats. During your treatment, did your bones hurt? I hear the side effects are pain in the body and just curious if you agree.

  • @zoomie888 I felt that somewhat, but at the time I was a competitive cross country runner, so that pain would be there normally I suppose. So, no terrible or unbearable pain, and no hair loss, but definitely dryness. Invest in good lip balm (carmex), eye drops, and possibly a nasal spray.

  • @accutaneadventure Have you experienced any long term side effects of Accutane yet?

  • does the acne get back after stoping use of accutane?

  • @Luccasio1

yes, to about 40% of people, after 6 months when it's gone from your system

  • @Luccasio1 no

  • @Luccasio1 for me it did, but NEVER to the extent it was. Sure, you'll have your bad days, but the good days definitely weigh them out.

  • Do it. It works. The only issue I had was dry lips and dry skin. It is so worth it.

  • cutie ;)

  • Part 2: I watched a video from dermTV on YouTube and he said to use Cleanser + Toner 2 times a day and a skin dead cell remover once.. I've used all these before but not daily and I used to use Olay Cleanser plus Toner but I ran out and are to cheap to buy new stuff. So I just got the toner left.

  • @elitecssplayer i can't stress how enough that soap is bad for the skin. For a cleanser, you don't need anything expensive. When I went to my Dermatologist, he recommended cetaphil cleanser (use the one for oily/ acne prone skin) and i know it's a pain, but you have to cleanse your face twice a day. I know you say you're clean, but think of it this way... you probably don't change your sheets more than once a week, your face is on the same pillow for a whole week, you may sweat in your sleep etc

  • @kellyphant88 So have you undergone Accutane, and if so are you pleased with the results? Also, as someone who is currently on the treatment, how often should I wash my face per day?

  • @getdjman Yeah, I was on it when i was 14 (unfortunately I don't have any pics on the computer of how my skin used to be, but let's just say my skin was an absolute mess). You should be washing your skin twice a day - I'm not sure whether you got a kit when you first started on Accutane, but my Dermatologist gave me sample packs of cleansers/moisturisers to use while on Accutane. As I said before, Cetaphil cleanser/moisturiser is what I used- you can get it from any drug store over the counter

  • Part 1: This is such a great song and I have a question. I have acne but not severe you know. I am a clean freak, I always shower at night before bed and the next morning I dont because im already clean. But anyways, I use a toner and soap while im in the shower. I've had pimples since grade9 and im in grade 11 now. Its gets better and worse all te time. It's the same principal as a teeter totter. It's clean and clear or red and not so clear, but not severe. What can I do?

  • ahhh yes i love acctutane! its like a miracle drug! i took it, and it totally saved my face !! im completely off of it now, now that my face has cleared up completly and my scars are mainly gone, i had slowly weaned off, ive been off for like a few months and so far, my face is still clear! :)

  • 1:07 high off fo accutane?

  • Hello mate did u notice any hair loss while on accutane?

  • @786RK thankfully I didn't. If it looks like I have less hair at any point during the video, it's because I had a haircut. I believe hair loss is a fairly rare side effect of Accutane

  • and i seen this commerical on tv sayin if u took accutane and got these certain deises u could get millions of dollars.. i wont get like a disease will i?? also people kept sayin i will stop growing??wtf im only 5ft 10inches.. i dont want to stop growing.lol.. ima make a doctors app. 2morrow to get checked out but i had SERVER ACNE and its not even day 7 and my face is litteraly almost cleared up.no joke.. 40mg pill

  • @dEgamingClan thats so awesome man! I'm going to be taking the 40 mg once a day too! happy accutaning! because nothing else works lol

  • @dEgamingClan I've seen this too. It's highly, highly unlikely that you will have severe, permanent adverse reactions to Accutane. It's safe enough to be sold in the US and to be approved by the FDA, so just follow the instructions, be aware of the side effects, and keep in touch with your doctor.

  • @accutaneadventure i had to many side effects side effects that was affecting me during football. and even my coaches noticed cause im one of the best on the team and it was making me play like shit.. my throat and mouth would dry out DURING WARMUPS!!lol so i stop taking it and my face isnt all the way cleared up but it looks so much better than b4..and was only on it for like 3 weeks..and im back to normal

  • @dEgamingClan

5ft10... you make me so sad about my height.. im only 5ft4 and i stopped growing... T_T

  • ok i am 14 and i jus started this medicine and i have to get blood work and everything everymonth.. i started 5 days ago and i play football.. i know one side effect is dry mouth but that does not bother me at all.. im noticing ALOT OF other side effects.. like bad headaches (but i have had those since i was 6 but i didnt have a bad headache until i started.. also i have the runs alot.lol and im always tired when i get home and after practice my feet and hands look like grandpa hands.

  • @dEgamingClan Dry mouth/nose/lips/everything, headaches, joint pain, and fatigue are all to be expected while taking Accutane. It's not pleasant, but the payoff is worth the hardship.

  • how bad are the aches and pains cos i'm going on accutane in two weeks and i do a lot of exercise

  • how long did you use acutan, and which dose

  • @fejza01 5 months: one month on 40mg/day and four months on 60mg/day

  • what's the name of that song?

  • its called the miracle drug for a reason~.

  • Hello friend.. I am going on accutane shortly after 4 years of suffering severe cystic acne which Is very painful and embarrassing for me.. I am scared of going on it But if it takes away my pain Finally then I can get my life back and that would be wonderful!

By the way you look gorgeous and I am so happy for you that you're rid of your acne

    ~Hannah

  • mkay, today is now tuesday, i have been on accutane for 1 and a half weeks. And on friday i went with friends and smoked weed, and my skin brokeout. So im not sure why i brokeout, was it cause of accutane or smoking weed?

  • @packysmatt21 weed doesn't make you break out. if you've just started your treatment it's called an "initial breakout." accutane can make your skin look worse for up to the first 2-3 months.

  • @frickingAYE thats really weird cause i had serve acne and its not even day 7 and my face is almost cleared up.no joke.. it said it would get worse b4 it gets better but its almost gone.lol but look at the 2 comments i jus make on this video.. im having alot of side effects

  • hahahahah! the song! omg! I just cracked up! haahahah

  • hey man congrats:D i rly need ur help i have been taking accutane for 10 weeks actually acne is cleared up so fast cz my acne is not severe... i still have those red marks and brown marks i hate it!!! any ideas??

  • Woow that's amazing! gorgeous eyes btw

  • did u no long hair doesnt help spots as it makes your head sweat ect as i used 2 av long hair n my mates dint n i ad spots i got rid ov my hair n they went with it

  • glad to see you smile again , after how long can you stop the treatment ? and are the resulst permanent. i dont have reall acne like you had but i have more like red oily skin on my chin and besides my nose i have it for 4 years now and it still hasnt change , i use a lot of stuff and i've been to my docter but he doesnt wanna do anything about it and says its normal , no its not normal its fuckin up my life is that normal ?

  • @xSnoweyexp Usually treatment is anywhere from 5-7 months. I've been off of Accutane for nearly 7 months, and my skin is just as clear, if not clearer than when I stopped Accutane. Talk to a dermatologist. You may not need Accutane, but there's always something that they can do, you shouldn't have to live with a problem that can be fixed so readily.

  • haha dude I took accutane a few months ago and im still finding those labels that have the cross across the pregnant lady, my friends thought they were for birth control XD

  • hey good for you that your face cleared and everything! although i am going to get put on accutane now and i might not want to because i aint aloud to take no eplode with it and it stops your growth so i might just try something else! and one more thing for you to do now is cut your damn hair!

  • Thanks for the advice, I'll get right on that.

  • dude, what do you mean by "it stops your growth",

    what stops ur growth?

  • Maybe the "eplode" or whatever jannarater27 is taking stops growth, but it's definitely not from accutane.

  • @accutaneadventure ok just tell me, what the fuck is "EPLODE"??!?!

  • @accutaneadventure

Ok a fellow from my country (hahahaha xd) ask's do you have acne scaring after treatment?

  • @ScuderiaBull de ga pitaj jesul mu ostale rupe od akni...neznam ja na engleski

  • @kobirekocudadasedese

Ok, ali brijem da je to cura!!! Hahaha XD

  • @ScuderiaBull jestel to i vi koristili isotretin??

  • @fejza01

Da, imam možda još 20 tableta do kraja (5 dana) i onda sam gotov,

inače se taj lijek zove Roaccutane a ne "isotretin"

  • Oh man, your face cleared right on up!

    :)

  • great!!

  • love this video. it was very to-the-point. thank you for making/posting it! seeing your transformation was awesome dude (:

  • Well done. Accutane is a remarkable drug that has a lot of misinformation spread about it. It is the ONLY treatment that will effectively clear really severe acne and has the scientific data to back this up. I had acne in 1988 when its use was very restricted so I didn't get it when I really needed it. By 1992 my acne was worse and my confidence low. A 4 month course of isotretinoin 1mg/kg/day cleared my acne forever! If you are offered it have it!

  • completely agree!

  • wow congrats

  • i just started and am pretty nervous

  • nervous of what>?

nervous makes more acne, so don't be it!

  • easier said that done my friend

  • Ow yeah, it's so hard to stay calm these days and just not to be nervous,

i mean you know that nervous causes acne and you resist to be nervous!

you say "easier said that done",

I say that's a mental problem, shows lack of mental strenght or power!

  • well not only does nervous cause acne

    but acne causes nervous

so yes it is hard to stay calm with acne

i can see you dont have acne and if you do its very mild

only people with severe acne would understand what im talking about

  • Yes i have acne to, not anywhere close severe, it's lets say mild (JUST A LOAD OF REDNESS),

I'm on Roaccutane too, so i'm hoping for the best!

And the calm thig, you can get to that point when ur aware of absolutely everything, and have an open mind!

Just use ur head one an a while, and the problems r solved!

At least consist to think positively, helps allot!
