@nuneh I was in the Caucasus after the war. Both Azerbaijan and Armenia lost. Azeris didn't even have an army to defend themselves. Russian military was responsible for this occupation. Karabagh is almost completely deserted including 8 other occupied Azerbaijani provinces around Karabagh. Georgia and Azeris kicked the Russian military out in 1992, which left them vulnerable. Armenia is in bad shape now. Only 2.5 million live there.
