Actually it depends (I'm talking about vaginal sex). For some (most, as far as I know) the foreskin stays under the glans and doesn't move. For others it slides. For the lucky like me, it can do both following the level of lubrication :)
They are different but both are good. My girlfriend is the only one I had unprotected sex with, and she usually doesn't notice a big difference. I've heard of women who like or don't like or don't notice the sliding.

There is no "extra" about it. It is NOT a flap. For a better view of it Google "foreskin function" or "foreskin structure". Just think, If there is enough skin to cover when erect, then when it is smaller what is loose will now roll forward over the head to protect it. Actually it depends (I'm talking about vaginal sex). For some (most, as far as I know) the foreskin stays under the glans and doesn't move. For others it slides. For the lucky like me, it can do both following the level of lubrication :)

There is no "extra" about it. It is NOT a flap. For a better view of it Google "foreskin function" or "foreskin structure". Just think, If there is enough skin to cover when erect, then when it is smaller what is loose will now roll forward over the head to protect it.
