@BaddestJournalism There isn't a Spanish 'rap' scene per say or at least that I am aware of. Reggeaton is the closest thing to Hip hop, but it sucks. There are good artists though. Depending on how well you understand Spanish I would recommend Calle 13, especially his later records. Hist first CD was in Spanish, but the songs use a lot of Puertorican slang.

He has an amazing voice and his songs are good, many of which are love songs like Por ti volare. 2. Robi Draco Rosa. A one man show, he writes and plays all the instruments in his songs. He mainly plays rock/alternative, but he's not limited to it. A good song to check is Vagabundo. 3. Sandro y los del Fuego/ Sandro de America. He started out playing with a band, and his style was like Elvis or

Since he was Argentinian, you can expect some vos in his lyrics. Some of his rock songs are: Te conseguire, Guitarras al Viento. Love songs: Rosa, Rosa; Las manos; Pobre de mi madre. 4. Lastly, Hector Lavoe. He sang Salsa and is considered as the best ever. El Cantante, Periodico de ayer are some of his hits. I hope this helps.
