Laoshi or Lao zhi means old master also translates as Grandmaster? Who the hell is this young dude calling him self Master when he looks like a novice at best.

@nitojo7 Laoshi means teacher, not grand master. The term also refers to people teaching class in school and stuff. No problem with that. some also use the term sifu, but in some traditional schools, you can only refer to your teacher as 'sifu' when you 're an accepted student.
