Come on dude can da food be worst dan say- NorthWest Airlines? :) I ask for a NON PORK meal and they give me something called a "Hindu meal" where I got a thing of rice, brocolli, spinach and tomato ketchup.
As a general rule, whenever possible, in rails, I try my best to get from railway station during longer stops, rather than from the pantry car. Food is ALWAYS better this way.
Cooks can't do crap if the foods supplier 4 da pantry car bunks on delivery of items.

Cutlets made of pototo mass are tasteless. If recipe SPECIFIES potatoes, good quality potatoes must be used. If it SPECIFIES potato mass, good quality potato mass must be used. But, using potato mass in place of SPECIFIED potatoes is not acceptable. Correspondence on my registered complaint Ref IDGAX20090119300 with IRCTC is going on. As confirmed by IRCTC, financial penalty is levied. However, I am insisting for filing criminal complaint if potato mass has been used in place of potatoes.
I hope so too. Most processing industries remove blighted or green potatoes. The latter can kill you with its toxins. I'm a food engineer...trust me on this.

Is there an ingredient chart on the food packet? If there is one, do FPO laws allow potato and potato powder to be listed as "Potato"? Do your research before filing a court case.
