Buy a 66cc two stroke motor kit for your bike for 130 bucks.I used to have all sorts of electric bicycles. Wasted thousands of dollars. Now i have to try to sell all my electric junk because my gas powered bicycle is so much better and crazy amount cheaper. I dont have to worry about batterys or three hour charging times anymore.Ive toped out at45 mph with my jack shaft kit installed.Just wear your helmet and the cops will never bug you.Im selling my 5303 withLifepo battery and bionx kits cheap.
strange question but if you got batteries weighing 20kg (more than a typical mountain bike), why don't you stick it in the middle rather than the back? doesn't it screw up the weight distribution? why not stick the battery packs on the frame?
lol you live in a neighborhood full of castles. would love to stick that motor on a hardtail 29er with skinny city tires. can you say super popular urban commuter?
Very practical. But only in recreational riding. I wouldn't recommend jumping or any technical riding as all that weight in the back will surely throw the bike off balance and probably break the rack, seatpost, or you. climbing technical trails would be tough too as the bike would be liable to wheelie. very cool on road, though and for light, recreational off-road riding.
hey thats great but if i want a motor i buy a motocross bike i have a ellsworth and like downhill comp also xc i like to pedal keep ur heart strong. but dont get me wrong its a great idea . very nice good job
lets say you want a light bike and dont want to travel long distances, but it must be powerful and fast, what battery is the correct one to get. You have such a variaty of choice on your homepage so I'm losing track.
Could you also tell me more about your enterprize. -When you started, why/how you started, where you are now etc.
when you say that you can do well over 40mph if adjusted according to those needs, do you mean on a flat road without peadaling? or downhill with full throttle and peadaling along with the highest gear still?
It would also interest me how many seconds it would take you to accelerate from 0-30mph without peadaling on a flat road.
what was the black monitor thing?

@EBIKE100 If this bike was $2000, I'd buy it, but they want $3g plus!

If you're not pedalling, you can lean crazy-forward for the climbs. Could climb better than a normal bike.

Nothing will kill your speed faster than..........wind.
I guarantee it. Cycling into a strong wind will kill your speed.
Forget shitty roads, weak hubs, poor brakes, bad breath....WIND will do it.
All these guys show us tests in Sunny California with $2000 bikes going up hills, down hills, etc.
Not one of them is cycling into the teeth of a wind.
