Kelso loves jackie and jackie loves kelso but kelso cheated on jackie because laurie made him.. kelso can't help it he loves girls.. laurie tempted him to do it when kelso didn't want to. yeah but the thing is that he learned, and i know that sounds NAIVE/IGNORANT to point that out... but later on when they had grown older, gotten older... Kelso had graduated by then I think and had had many other g/fs between that time... but then Jackie cheated on him out of jealousy and b/c she was "vulnerable"...

I mean that's life i guess, shit happens and all but Jackie cheated on Kelso last(meaning she was the last to cheat in their relationship)
