@wraith8301 you know that i was controlling the rc with one hand throughout whole video? I didnt want to go full throttle as this was my first test and controlling it with one hand while filming and holding with the other hand. This goes very fast once it hits second gear but at first its bit slow for steep hill climbing. If i upgrade with a bigger pinion, my wheels will literally explode.
@stomp199 no shit, and why are you comparing the flux to this? obviously the flux was designed to be brushless and this wasn't, but all i have to do is get a locking tranny and a stronger motor mount then it can be compared
@mumforddale1 no i like 2 speed, since i need first gear for hill climbing etc and i might make it gas again one day so id rather keep the tranny also i upgraded the gears to heavy duty kit from hpi
what kind of esc are u running that u had to leave the brake pads on shouldent the esc do the braking and u should trie 43t spur 15t pionion but ur motor is so small bro trie a mamba monster u think its fast now u will go nuts when u see that.
@mumforddale1 its a novatech 75a esc, the motor looks small but you never seen its full power yet a also the tranny has a one-way bearing so i cant use the motor to break thats why i had it setup like this and the motor will do like 2 full 360 wheelies at full throttle
@xXrCrusHeRXx are you a noob? its so fucking fast its not funny, i grinned gears and almost blew my diffs and tires with this setup and i got around 20mph more and i can make it go WAY faster if i install a bigger pinion on the motor, for now i like it because it has so much torque and i can go up steep hills with only quarter throttle. Also i had to upgrade to heavy duty tranny to take the power and aluminum diff casing also new breaks since it literally exploded from stopping at high speeds.

@xXrCrusHeRXx this is not clean, since then i fixed up alot of things including a new heatsink for the motor and rearranging of stuff around including the battery also a roll cage since the stock aluminum one took a shit after doing a jump
@MADMPH $0 on it it was very easy to convert and i still have it as brushless because im not ever going to convert it back to nitro since its messy and loud. even through it just takes like 8 bolts to bolt the old engine back in with the throttle control and tank mounts.
@ucwepn yeah because the thing was a pos but the brushless system is very good so i used it on this but before the truck it was on a traxxas vxl and it did maby 100mph
@warracer03 nope its not meshing its just like that with a tiny pinion and i know how to set mesh without using anything. i never stripped a spur in 4 years but that record broke after the motor mounts got loose and destroyed the teeth
if i put a big pinion on it will kick any rc's ass except my rustler. i have like a TINY pinion on it way too small thats why i can do wheelies easily but less load on the motor means more run time
