easiest way to unlock a user or admin account of ur own computer:

1. make sure uve made a guest account before u even got locked or forgot the admin pass.

2. with the guest account, open cmd.

3. in the cmd, type net user (name of user account) *

ex. net user administrator *

then press enter,

it will say, "type a password for the user:"

just enter and enter until it says something like command successful.

4. log out in the guest account then enter the administrator account. No More Password.

If you're locked out of your BIOS you need to reset it by resetting a certain jumper on the motherboard. It's a similar process for each board but it is a little different depending on what brand you have. As far as I know, these CD's are live boot and would require the BIOS password before boot.

When starting your PC press SUPR (or DELETE) or F2 multiple times very quickly, it will enter BIOS setup, where you can choose the option of starting from the CD. Hope to answer your question. If your BIOS has a password send me a message and i ll tell you hot to enable it.
