Polish dm scene is new florida 80's scene, so much different and great bands (but all defined as Death metal) in period of few years. vader and decapitated introduced me to this scene. i knew for vader before, but when i read story about decapitated in metal hammer (i think it was year 2000 and i'm born in '88) i was like wtf...guys are 16-19 years old and they came up with winds of creation. btw @NobelMicha so slow, so brutal ;) Long Live DEATH METAL!!!

The subtlety is there in the lyrics. It's far from a cul-de-sac. Bands are already doing work termed Post-death due to it's obvious roots in death metal while moving onward. Death metal was never meant to be scary, it was meant to be bad ass. Any that finds any music scary should probably seek professional help, preferably from Dr. Kevorkian. Welcome to this century.

Byłem na koncercie Dies Irae w 2oo3 r. w lubelskim Graffiti. Dali czadu! Gitarzyści są naprawdę dobrzy - sola na żywo brzmiały genialnie. Jedyne co nie pasuję mi w tej muzie to wokal, ale pełny szacunek i dla wokalisty za nietypowy wokal. Jak to mój ojciec określił "drze się jakby mu ktoś ostry kołek w dupe wsadził":). Pozdrawiam muzyków i fanów
