Compare the major part his pieces this one is a real composition. It's full of effects but in this case the effects are not empty. It's a piece of art. Pity that he never wrote the guitar score (there is "only" an orchestral score). There are people who would like to play it (it's not impossible, not at all! Difficult, but there are more difficult pieces and they are played...) but without score (only hearing from recordings) it costs too much time...
