This oil is gonna spread by the water currents that spread through out the earth. 80% of all life on Earth is in our Oceans. They need to let this oil wash on shore then spraying it to the bottom of the ocean floor where the world currents will spread it throughout the world. God didn't make water Dense for no reason.
