  • Mother of god..he can see me in every exercise...while i was fapping! Nothing to do here..

  • did you know my master is ip chun

  • Wing chun vs MMA. Story over.

  • this particular teacher is awsome :)

  • What does he mean by 70-30?

  • @anlat199 he means 70% of your weight in the back leg, 30% in the front leg.

  • did i hear chuck norris? Shut up master wong is number 1!

To master wong: The haters are defeated by wing chun, thats why they say dumb things.

Dont mind, you kno we ll luv you

  • I like the way he says "in this Pachicular exercise"

  • so ive been doing this from lesson 1 and you do feel a bit of pain, not the horrible pain, but the pain of working out. It is an honor to learn ip mans excersises and art

  • 1..2 flea

  • i thought that you were suppose to keep the center of line? sorry? i'm new

  • i have learned a lot of things master wong thank you very much...

  • he is a real master.. In my country, this kind of martial art is very expensive to be learnt even though the 'teacher' isn't as awesome as Master Wong. I really appreciate Master Wong as a Real Master because he is kind-hearted and generous to share his ability. May God Bless Him.

  • No such thing as chuck norris... Only Master Wong :D

  • @PapaRolds: If chuck norris heard you say that, he would round house kick you out of this world lol

  • Learning 2 things!!

    Material arts,

    Dancing!

  • you ARE the GREATEST MASTER

    !!

  • if i master a certain amount of knowledge in wing chun how can i recieve belts

  • thanks MASTER WONG i started watching ip man the movie i loved the form and how clean it looks i started watching other videos they didnt explain nothing just showed and u do a pretty good job of explaing thank you

  • Can anyone help me with this question?

Isn't the hand that sticks out suppose to line up with the leg that sticks out? But when he turns the arm that's bent, not the arm that sticks out, lines up with the leg that's sticking out? Is it just a mistake Master Wong did, or am I wrong?

This is really bugging me, can someone answer?

  • I'm looking a martial art which is focused on self defence. I want to know how to defend when someone comes right at me. My attack would be my defence. Is this the right martial art for me?

  • From Costa Rica Thanks a lot to teach me master Wong

  • thank you master...

  • thank you very much Master ...

  • I think that his mansao is wrong.

  • Our style of Ving Tsun tells us that, so do not deviate from the vertical center line. In this case the master himself moves away from the vertical line is too far to the left and right. - student POLAND 661 463 591

  • @biuroimeble Calm down. These are Youtube lessons. If people are actually serious about martial arts, they would go to a school just like you.

  • Thank you master wong. Im giving up my life just to learn martial arts!

Train like you fight, so you will fight like you train.

  • i am a tae kwon do martial artist and have started to take an interest in wing chun hand strikes, hopefull i will be able to fuse the 2 martial arts together if it works, if not its always good to learn something, thanx master wong, u are my wing chun sifu!

  • I am learning this as much as I can.

  • once a guy got into fight with some preaks on a street and started to do things like that...he got brick in the head and earned three weeks in hospital...cheers

  • make sure you move with your waist for more power and speed like master wong does. plus make sure you angle your feet like he does as well otherwise you will lose your balance.

  • Hai Ainoke-san

  • Thanks Master Wong for your contribution! You are a great person

  • I learned Wing Chung and Master Wong is a great teacher, I am amazed these lessons are up here for free.

  • I think this is awesome that he is giving free training even though is basic foot work and hands I spent a lot of money and years of training to learn what this guy is giving away

  • Master Wong!! You are the best! I am ordering your DVD's right now. Not just because they are great to learn from, but because I for one want to support you! Keep going Master Wong, hopefully one day I will have the honor of training under your tutelage...

  • @PRPWR howw much is it?

  • very interesting :)

    very simple :)

    easy to practise :)

    Thnak u master.wong :)

  • really great

  • mr. wong rocks!!!

  • no Merry Christmas wishes?? lol but seriously, for a noob, hours of these exercise are intense!

  • So clearly!! no need to pay a sifu... but I certainly need other person to practice some excercises from the 14th in forward

  • This is like really good exercise i did a few and i really felt it in my legs, i began to feel my heart rate rising too.

  • when the oppent attack you most of the force will be on the leg so he teaching us to train our leg

  • when you change guard? why is your front foot taking the weigh?

  • why do you open and close your hands? if you have your hands close it won`t be your punching faster than if you have open and close your hands.

  • punching with an open hand is faster and some say more effective than throwing a punch with a closed hand.... even though some sports and martial arts always teach to fight with closed hands/fist

  • The technique of "relaxed power".

  • their are pushing, grabbing, pulling and also Bil jee techniques.

if your all fists you can't do any of these.

If you think about Chin na you can't use any of

    that either.

  • Very usefull Lesson... Thank!!

  • exact and clear explaination, thank you! this really helps!!

  • gringolazlo, thats alright, running at them and chain punching! but ALWAYS remember to keep guard up, even though your chain punching someont he may have a chance to fight back.

  • Dear Master Wong

thank you very much for your brilliant lessons, it is very clearly exposed and one can appreciated how much you love wing chun.

    All the best to you

  • his lessons are excellent.

  • thanks for these lessons they are short but very good. i have trained in lau gar many years ago. muay thai recently. but now work nights. these lessons are a god send. excellent from a great teacher i can tell that already. master wong thanks again.

  • what sort of bodybuilding/exercise would go best with wing chun? i know overall body fitness is essential but for example what muscle groups should i concentrate on?

  • if you have to ask your not paying attention to the movements.

  • leg work look at his video 1

  • run and do situps. A strong core combined with being able to sprint at your enemy whilst chainpunching will take him down. Running is important. Just charge at your enemy, he will not know what hit him.

  • hello this are good training ;p im sit on wing chun in holland.

it work but this trainens are just start.

  • If everyone in the world has to speak good english to teach kungfu then I think that you guys will be losing out alot. Because the true masters comes from that particular native country. So be grateful that he is even speaking simple English to those ungrateful brads who only thinks that the world is flat .

  • @xxwizxkidxx genious

  • @xxwizxkidxx *brats xd

  • well may be the delivery need not to be overloaded as such, but it needs to please an overall audience with different levels of skills. I meant no offense, I actually regret writing that comment because this is the first video I saw of him.

  • Very primitive explanation ex "you do like this and like this" and with every this he mentions he assumes the audience will pickup subtle technical aspects of a move

  • Hand open Do press ups close fingers Clench tight Make fist Tighten hand thumb down do pressups Strike makiwari with fist. Then start on the power generation. Why? Waste of time trying with any power untill the fist can take it. Subtle aspects overload begginers
  • lol u are really an asshole (torpedo192).... nonetheless i would love to see u saying that to master wongs face xD

  • "he Guy's a real asshole, he cant even fucken control his language"

dude u are so fucking pathetic xD

  • lol sure

  • Torpedo192... your an idiot

  • he said it himself ladies and gents, he learns from wikipedia, a very reliable source /sarcasm

sense of humour is fine /pal/ but you just arent funny, learn the difference.

  • Please, my "pal", wat I said was 2 weeks ago. Ur still pondering over it.

Get a life and Move on.

  • lol or was it because ive just started watching these videos, saw your comment and just felt the overwhelming urge to reply.

but no, you are probably right. i have spent 2 weeks on that comment, its gone through seven drafts and 3 hired proof readers. the sarcasm and wit was not high enough in the first week so i spent the second week redrafting. i realise it isnt my best work, so next time i will try harder.

  • I love ur sarcasm my friend.. i think we will become VERY GOOD friends!!

  • excuse me but..how old are u?

  • he doesnt really go on about core...

  • Ive just gone thru this in my training and hes doing it wrong, his thumbs hanging out and switch ongar your suppost to run your little finger over the out side of your thum. My sifus sifu was Ip man, so i know the teaching & lineage is sound. Its not good to teach and pick up bad habbits.

  • then again im pretty new to it, but thats how ive been taught. i shouldnt have said he was doing it wrong, just hes doing it differently.

    64

  • how can you be new to it and he have been your teacher if he died December 1972...?

I might have misunderstood your comment, I'm not sure.

  • my teachers teacher was Ip mans student,

my teacher wasnt Ip man lol.

    sifu = teacher.

    64

  • oh! you didn't put an apostrophe thing, where you said "sifus."

    My bad anyways. haha :)
