2004 Stock V6 Mustang Exhaust

my 98 V6 is pure stock with 230k miles on it but it runs strong. These 3.8 engines are hard to kill. I have had a bad cylinder and i was told to either switch engines or drive till it dies and that was back when my mustang had 195k miles.
