The company has an A+ rating with the BBB. Go to Ultrashutters web site and click on the BBB link and review the positive comments like ... My experience with this company was quite good. I drove to the their factory in Santa Ana and looked over the DuraShutters we wanted. I also drove back when they were ready, about 16 days after the order was placed. Overall, I like the look of the Dura Shutters.

This is a mis-representation of this product. I've bought it and it is NOT this easy, nor does it work this well!!!!!!! The "removable" louvers work in the way that when you tilt them, they ALL fall out. The product has many problems, and the owner, of which is featured in this video, does not want to deal with any problems the customer may have with his product. Horribly run business for a terribly and cheaply made product!
