  • slow is good! i started count and track my calories, after 2 days it was easy to see, i get too much carb calories! my change for next week is, 2-4 small salads a day!

  • You can do it!! I need to lose a lot of weight also and When times get rough I always say to myself "Stick to the battle when you're hardest hit. It's when things seem worst that you must not quit!!"

  • the slower you lose the easier it is to keep it off! just keep that in mind.

    ps- i don't want to die either. like, ever. lol

  • Oh, and do yourself a favor and stop weighting yourself. That will make you crazy. If you feel better about yourself then that's good enough until your weight-in day. Just do it every two weeks always with the same clothes on. Or naked.

    go make some exercise and control your eating and you'll lose like 10 pounds in 7 days because of your body fat.

  • I don't agree with that. I've been eating whatever I want in moderation and I've lost over 20 pounds in 3 months.
