thank you for making this! I was looking for a review from someone who actually shelled out the money for the system and didn't just get it for free and your's was exactly wanted I wanted to see. thank you for sharing
1- ur too close to ur face (u should be 6 inches away)
2- you don't let it dry 10-15 sec between layers
3- you put way too many layers on
4- when applying u need to face the gun downwards not upwards
5- the retouch foundation u got is the wrong one, there is a powder to use to set for a more matte finish or touch ups but the foundation dries in 5 min by itself. The retouch liquid is whole different foundation NOT TO BE MIXED with the temptu airbrush.
thanks for the review. I did see a nice difference in your before and after. Wow, I thought the finishing step was powder too. The last step looks hard to apply.

I think you made the right decision in returning the Temptu. I'm going to return mine, also. I've had it a couple of week & don't believe it makes enough difference to justify the price.
Can I give you some advice along with my opinion? That color is too dark for you! I'm the same color as you (a redhead as well and I love my pale skin), so I know how hard it is to find the right color of foundation. I think you should go back to Sephora (or a Nieman Marcus) and test out the Laura Mercier Oil-Free or Moisturizing Foundation. It goes on great, feels super light, and they more options for paler skin tones. Right now your neck and face are too different, You're lovely though!
I COULD see a difference with this system, for sure. But the reason I took it back is because I didn't think it was enough of a difference to shell out $350 for a system and makeup (that's after a 20% discount). I can do just a good of job manually. It might take me 2-3 more minutes, but I CAN do it, and the makeup is much cheaper.
I thought you looked at least 3 years younger after you had blushed and highlighted. I work at Sephora in Canada where we unfortunately don't carry it. I'd really like to give this a try.
I made this video because I looked everywhere for one and could not find one that wasn't made by TEMPTU. I really wanted to see someone real using the system before I bought it and there weren't any. I figured I'd help out others who are on the fence about buying this very expensive system.
Thank you so much for making this video. I have been searching for a costumer review like this for awhile now and yours is the first one I have found. Thank you. :D
I did see a difference, but the system alone was $225. I couldn't warrant keeping it for a result I could create manually. If they dropped the system price by $100, I probably would buy it again.
The foundation is supposed to last 2-3 months per pod. The foundation is sold as a set of two pods, and it costs $55.
I wish you would have kept it. It looked flawless on you like supermodel makeup. I don't have one as yet because I can't afford it, but they did try it on me at Sephora & I loved it. I looked as if I wasn't wearing any makeup and I just had perfect skin. However $325 is a lot...how long are those foundations suppose to last you?

I actually liked your before picture better! The Temptu makeup is just a little too matte/flat for me, I think.
