2010 Toyota 4Runner: Hill Start Assist Control (HAC)

My rav4 rolls back on hills where there are stop signs and red lights. It's very dangerous because these cars roll back very hard easily. I went to the dealership and they said i dont have hill assist...This should be standard and NOT an option. i am getting rid of my rav 4 asap. NOT happy at all with this cheeply made car.
