The song is Mou Hitotsu no Chijou, and it's in both musicals. It's the Gotei 13's song. I /think/ the version I was listening to came from No Clouds in the Blue Heavens because Hisagi sings in it. You can find info on where to get them by going to the burimyu community on livejournal.
